I booked in for this as soon as I saw it as it looked to be exactly what I feel I need.
Katie talked to me about the process and the results and how long it will be before I see the full result.
So the appointment was the HIFU facial. Katie talked to me again about it - and made clear that the process is not pain free. She was great during the process and was checking in and explaining it to me throughout. One specific area (forehead) is a more intense feeling than any other area - and Katie made sure I was as prepared and as comfortable as I can be - and was happy to go at my pace with this specific area.
She had also prepared me for the slight swelling and redness so nothing was a surprise - and the redness covers easily with makeup !
After care was walked through too - and emailed - so I can ensure I’m doing all the right things to get the full effect.
Follow up appointment to check progress is already in the diary - and I can’t wait to see how it turns out. (Can’t comment on result yet hence a 3 but I understand what the expected result is)

On arrival to the salon a warm welcoming smile makes you feel at ease. The salon is prestine with a relaxing ambience. My appointment was in the evening and amelia was still smiling , attentive and helpful. I always leave the salon happy well done amelia .

The treatment I received wasn’t a gentle facial treatment, but I knew that. I was well informed with what was going to happen and given aftercare treatment. Katie as always was very professional and knowledgeable.

My second visit to Katie today and I'm very impressed with her IPL photo rejuvenation treatments for rosacea and the salon in general. It's really helping to calm the redness. Can certainly recommend.

Following my contacting the salon after being exceptionally clumsy and chipping my BIAB nail I was quickly able to book a quick repair.
Amelia was welcoming, as always, and quickly set to work to make my chipped nail as good as new. And all without impacting anyone else’s appointment times. Fabulous !

Amelia does an amazing job on my BIAB’s. I’ve been going to her for a while and I’m always happy. Everyone compliments me on my nails. Amelia is always up for trying a new combo or design! And she has an Instagram page to get nail inspo from.
Amelia and Kate are personally really lovely and fun to talk to as well, it’s like spending an hour chatting with girlfriends. If you need another reason to visit, you’re supporting an awesome local business, that are helping their customers to feel good about themselves.

It was my first time having this done. Not knowing what to expect, Katie made me feel very welcome and at ease. She explained what she was going to do and kept checking to see if I was OK.
I found the experience most relaxing and couldn't actually believe that I could see and feel a difference with my sinuses. I've had sinus problems for years. Would definitely recommend.

Following my manicure earlier in the week I was booked back in for the most amazing pedicure today. My feet are soft and no hard skin following the peel, and my toes look tip top and holiday ready.
A relaxing hour or more in a lovely warm, clean and friendly environment. Lovely to visit as always.

A blissful, relaxing wonderful treatment. The Sensory Heaven is a must have. 90 minutes of pure pampering starting with a foot cleanse that immediately relaxes and finishing with the most wonderful head massage. Always a warm welcome and great atmosphere.
