Always outstanding service. I've been visiting the Salon regularly for a few years now and the girls there are amazing! I'm very body conscious but I have no problem feeling comfortable in front of them when having treatments where I'm baring flesh because they make me feel so welcome and like I'm part of their family. Can not praise the staff enough for all their hard work, especially Becky she's amazing! I've never had any problems with any treatment I've had, I've always been more than happy when leaving the salon. 11 out of 10 from me!

It was good but didn't like the fact that the lady dos my facial left bit of mask on my face so I had to go to town working with bits on my face

I previously had a treatment elsewhere that I was not happy with, and the service provider was unable to rectify it. Saks where very accommodating to my situation, gave me advise over the phone and booked me in the next day. I had my treatment replaced by saks and now I'm very happy with the result. I will be using saks in the future
