I've been coming to saks for over a year now once a month to have HD brows done by the wonderful Lauren. I can honestly say I would never go any where else I always receive excellent customer service by every member of the saks ladies. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are always helpful when I have to bring my two children with with me. Lauren works wonders on my brows she is very talented and such a lovely girl. I look forward to my monthly appointments not just for my treatment but the girlie catch up and the positive welcoming feeling I receive when I'm there.

I've been coming to Saks Halifax for just over a year now and I can honestly say I wouldnt go anywhere else. I've always been nervous about going to a salon because i'm quite shy and self concious and have always generally felt judged at other salons. Never have I ever felt that way here, from the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a smile, coat taken and offered a hot drink or detox water whilst you wait for your therapist. All the staff are so friendly and informative. It's a lovely feeling when you leave the salon every time feeling great. Thanks girls - Katie

I booked in for the saks sensory heaven deal for my sister and I. Brogan was fab and made me feel relaxed straight away (I may have drifted off for a little bit oops!). My skin and body felt so much better after this, I might just have to book in for another one in Feb! A massive thank you to Brogan!

Natalie did my gel nails last Wednesday and what can I say apart from amazing. They still look like new today. Beautiful colour and so many compliments. Also a lovely person and easy to chat to

Hi, I absolutely loved my massage today by Charlotte. I thought she was great, very personable and professional and one of best massages I have had for firmness and relaxation.
The only negative would be that the advert states 90 mins treatment but mine was an hour and 15 mins. I'm not complaining but giving constructive feedback hopefully.

Had both lvl lashes and HD brows done by the lovely Naomi, couldn't be happier with the results. Reasonably priced, lovely salon, good range on treatments available and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

I took my little girl to saks for a little Mummy/Daughter treat. Lauren does my nails regularly and it's always really friendly and professional. She does an amazing job. I hugely appreciated the way to looked after my little
girl. She had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back.

Popped in without an appointment and luckily had to wait only a few minutes. The salon is comfortable and spotless. Staff friendly and attentive. Efficient professional service.

Absolutely wonder treatment experience, made to feel totally relaxed and the stress just drained away. Lovely staff, made to feel at ease. Have booked in again for this treatment. Can't recommend Saks enough... 5 star ⭐️

I cannot praise SAKS high enough. I booked my appointment online and accidentally booked it for the wrong day so turned up a day early. The receptionist was lovely and booked me in that day only half an hour after I though my appointment was. I had my nails done by Brogan. She was lovely and very professional. Felt at ease and fully informed of the process. It felt like a real treat before I start a new job in the new year. Thank you so much. X

First time in years that I visited SAKS. My friends bought me a voucher for my birthday and I booked a V-lift facial.
The staff were very friendly and the girl who did the facial was very informative. The facial was extremely relaxing and I would definitely book again. Wonderful experience.

What an amazing experience, I felt fully relaxed throughout and didn't want it to end! Brogan asked me at the start of the treatment if there were any particular areas I wanted to focus on and what pressure I liked, she got it just right! My skin feels amazing and I would definitely recommend this treatment. I'll be coming back for more

A massive thank you for the anti aging facial I had. I have never had one before but felt so relaxed and my skin feels so soft.to say I suffer from dry ezima it did do my skin good. If I had to say something bad it would be just a little noise from when people were talking in the corridor

I would highly recommend the pregnancy massage at saks. The therapist explained exactly what she would be doing and I felt very comfortable throughout. I felt really relaxed for the rest of the day and slept really well.
