Had my HD Brows done by Lauren for the second time today and I just love them. I've been having my eyebrows waxed and tinted for years but have never been 100% happy with them till now. Lauren is just amazing, very welcoming, friendly and is fantastic at HD Brows. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to Saks Halifax. I was given thorough professional treatment by all the staff. The eyelash treatment was better than I could have hoped for - just wonderful!

I had booked this appointment and trial well in advance with Becky after a recommendation and was disappointed to have been put with another therapist without being informed prior to the trial we felt obliged to go ahead on the day , although Natalie was lovely and the make up fine, it wasn't with Becky as I had been told it would be when I booked only after a recommendation on seeing her work. .

Amazing, fell asleep whilst having the facial after having a lovely back massage.
My skin looks so much better thank you so much.
Oh and thank you for the free gift too.

I wish I could give them better scores because they do an amazing job lauren is the best of the best when it comes to HD brows she does mine perfectly every time. They make you so comfortable when you go. all such lovely ladies and would recommend them to everyone

Had a pregnancy massage with Becky today for the first time. I had no idea what to expect, but it was amazing! It's a back, leg, arm, head and shoulder massage all while laid on the most comfortable bean bag! I'd definitely recommend and will be having another one before baby arrives.

Had a lovely massage and facial by one of the therapists this morning. Loved every minute of it,and will be coming back very soon. Very professional at what they do.

I have been today for my first ever treatment at Saks. I had the pregnancy massage. I loved the massage, and the bean bag was so comfortable. I Felt relaxed, comfortable and great afterwards.. I have booked back in for another before my due date. I also received £10 off my next treatment even bigger bonus.

I had a fantastic facial today which involved a back massage aswell and my backs always aching. It was a lovely surprise. I also received my free gift which has 5 products and a lovely purse.
My skin feels so nourished and plump. I will definitely have this facial again. Great service and lovely girl. Thankyou Natalie x

Regularly visit saks for hd brows , lashes , acrylics and today I've been for a pedicure and fake tan with Melissa. All staff at saks are very professional it's a nice atmosphere to be in and all are welcoming. Always carry out the best work and ensure advice is given how to care for your treatment. And can chat to any of the staff like talking to your best friend . Will forever be returning to saks for there treatments :)

Just had last extensions done at Saks. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who did my treatment. Will definitely be booking my next treatment soon!

Had my eyelashes. Extremely unhappy with how they look, especially after a lot of people have commented on how bad they look. Will be going back in ASAP to have them taken off and hopefully my money returned.

I was worried this was going to be painful, however not at all, a little scratchy but not painful. My skin looked a bit pink afterwards but not sore or red. Apparently it takes a few days to start looking fresher, but it feels better already only had the treatment 3 days ago. Really pleased looking forward to my next one in march having booked a course in an attempt to reduce pigmentation and open pores. Lovely salon and lovely staff.

Very nice sensory heaven experience. Usually treat myself when it's on offer. Room was nice and warm with heated bed, unlike some salons where you wish you'd left your socks on!

Lovely modern, clean salon, staff are really friendly and attentive. Treatments offered are varied and very well priced. I am very pleased with my Gel Nails and HD Brows. Have booked to go back again this will now be my regular salon.

I've been coming to saks for over a year now once a month to have HD brows done by the wonderful Lauren. I can honestly say I would never go any where else I always receive excellent customer service by every member of the saks ladies. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are always helpful when I have to bring my two children with with me. Lauren works wonders on my brows she is very talented and such a lovely girl. I look forward to my monthly appointments not just for my treatment but the girlie catch up and the positive welcoming feeling I receive when I'm there.

I've been coming to Saks Halifax for just over a year now and I can honestly say I wouldnt go anywhere else. I've always been nervous about going to a salon because i'm quite shy and self concious and have always generally felt judged at other salons. Never have I ever felt that way here, from the moment you step through the door you are greeted with a smile, coat taken and offered a hot drink or detox water whilst you wait for your therapist. All the staff are so friendly and informative. It's a lovely feeling when you leave the salon every time feeling great. Thanks girls - Katie

I booked in for the saks sensory heaven deal for my sister and I. Brogan was fab and made me feel relaxed straight away (I may have drifted off for a little bit oops!).
