Had dermalux today wow ???? felt amazing after I had it done !! Would definitely recommend it my face is glowing too thankyou Natalie always feel 100% after I’ve been to the salon it’s a must try ladies ????

Today I was calling in for my hd brows and gel polish for my holiday and was a little stuck as to the colour for my nails. Katie - as always (ably supported by Alice) persuaded me into a VERY bright pink. I was a little unsure - but you have to trust your beauty therapist and you need to be open to things that might put you out of your comfort zone. The colour Katie deleted certainly did do that ... much brighter than I’d normally go - but I have to say Katie and Alice were right. (As if I should have ever doubted it). I absolutely love them and this colour might be my new holiday fave.

I'm a total perfectionist and finding the right person who is experienced and knowledgeable can be a minefield. I absolutely trust Charlotte from filing my nails to adding acrylics on. I always come out of the salon feeling super confident with my nails and they always look so natural. With vast amount of shades and latest trends in gel/polish. Saks always keep moving with the trends aswell as keeping mindful of the traditional 'classic' looks. I would highly recommend Charlotte to anyone who is wanting acrylics for a special occasion, everyday wear or simply wanting a change from there current manicurist.

My visits are always a great experience - but this time, over and above my gel nails (and toes) I had a back massage. The room was spotless, the temperature was perfect, the ambiance was spot on and that was all before the massage even began. The actual massage was amazing and I will be back for more - hard enough to make a difference but without any pain, and yet gentle enough for me to feel so relaxed that I could have stayed and had a little sleep. I will be back for more of this - thank you Katie, it was nothing short of perfect.

Someone so smaller and petite should not be able to provide such a deep massage. Arrived in some discomfort but already feel much better and I know by Saturday will feel like a new woman.
