My husband had booked me in and paid for a sensory heaven with Katie - and whilst I walked in feeling tired and drained, the 90 mins completely changed everything.
Fabulous treatment which I would recommend to anyone wanting a bit of a pamper -‘the relaxation, the smells and the sense of well-being when you leave should not be underestimated. I was chilled out, calm and my skin was positively glowing when I left. Thank you.

Always does a brilliant massage

Really lovely experience. Never had lash extensions before and Natalie gave me some good guidance on what would look best and how to care for them. Natalie was so friendly and chatty and quite happy to have two kids in the room while she worked away!!

Last week I had my first session of IPL permenant hair removal. I had been debating this for quite a while as I have been a serial waxer since about 20 years old. I had a patch test with Katie and she talked me through the process and what would happen. After the patch test I signed up to a course and had my first session last week. WOW! I cannot believe the difference it has made already. I will certainly be getting more areas done and can't believe I waited so long to start! X

When i arrived today i was greeted with a warm welcome ,i was offered a drink . Alice was cheerful and welcoming . She takes pride in what she is doing and is very efficient. It was a real pleasure and im really happy with the result and i love my nails thankyou.

Just had a gel refresh from the lovely Alice. She is so friendly and helpful - making great suggestions for colour combinations all of which were viable for me. We chose a blue / leopard print vibe - and they look amazing. Even better though after a turbulent week was the lovely wee drink that I was also provided with by Katie - very thoughtful and a lovely touch you would not get anywhere else.

From first walking in the salon, it is very friendly & welcoming, thank you Amelia for sorting me out. All the staff are approachable & listen to your requirements without feeling rushed or pressurised.
Natalie was so attentive & she made me feel special, which is one of the many boxes she ticked. I had 2 treatments, I love the results & will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Lovely back massage very relaxing and felt great :)

I had been looking forward to this visit - getting my toe nails and finger nails all back on synch ... and as usual I was not disappointed.
To add to the challenges I’ve torn the ligaments in my left knee which I thought would cause a challenge with my pedi - but Katie made absolutely sure I had no pain throughout and that I left with sandal ready feet and toes.
I had a good idea of what I wanted on my nails ... however upon discussion I changed my mind and once again I am loving the results more than i expected. I think the leopard print nail is going to be my thing! (Plus a bit of glitter somewhere!)

Had the most AMAZING facial with Alice today. Wow still on a high!! Within this facial package she also massaged my back/knee/arms/hands!!! I love love loved it! Alice was absolutely fantastic. My face is glowing. Products divine. Pedicure tomorrow and I cannot wait! ❤️
