This afternoon I had a lovely full body massage with Katie. She was so happy and welcoming on my arrival and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. She asked me my preferred pressure and catered to my requests. One of the best massages I have had and I will be returning for another soon!

Long needed facial / shoulder and face massage. Such good value for money and Katie will always tailor to what she knows you love. Loved it and can't wait for the next one.

All I can say really is that it’s amazing to be back after lockdown - and to get my nails done again by the wonderful Katie in such a safe, friendly and welcoming environment.
I’ve missed this place and Katie and was eager to get back - it feels like you get beauty therapy and emotional / mental therapy all at the same time.
New colours for nails too ... Loving it as they are my perfect colours !

The most relaxing pedicure and foot massage then sparkly toes felt like an Hollywood star with the contour peel natalie is an amazing girl who loves to make you feel pampered no matter what treatment your having and if you love cats that's a big bonus ???

Today I had a skin consultation with Katie! Wow! Amazing, she is so knowledgeable about the skin, how it works & even ingredients in products i was using that i didn't realise were harmful! She has recommended a course of facial treatments, stripped back my products & put me on a treatment cleanser & repair serum. The salon was absolutely immaculate too, by far one of the cleanest & safest places I have been to EVER. All the staff were lovely too & the Salon is just Lush! Thank you Katie & team Saks, I can't wait for my next visit x

I had a lovely appointment with Alice. She was professional but so friendly and did a fantastic job of my nails. I would highly recommend the salon and the beauticians. The salon was well run and impeccably clean. Thank you for a lovely appointment! .

I had been looking forward to this visit all week - a nail refresh and taming of brows. As always a spotless environment abiding by all of the Covid regulations making me feel so very safe.
Nee nail colours too ... which go very well with the mental health therapy that I fee I get from my visits to Saks. I always leave feeling much better than I did when I went in and today was no exception.

Katie did a fantastic job on my microblading. This was my top up visit and Katie, along with Natalie and Alice was really welcoming & friendly. I really enjoyed my visit, as I always do, and have been visiting the salon for many years. Would recommend Saks Beauty Halifax to anyone, for any treatment.

After needing an emergency nail fix I made an appointment which at the last minute I was not able to attend due to issues with my husbands health. I called and left a message to advise them I could not make it and was called later, early evening, by Katie to check I was ok and that my husband was ok too.
Another appointment to fix my nails was made and when I arrived I could not have been made more welcome. I was only there for 10 mins but as always was met with a smile
That’s just one of the reasons I won’t go anywhere else.

A lovely treatment carried out today by Katie. I felt safe, relaxed and well cared for during the treatment. Katie was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions I had and informed me throughout the treatment about what was happening and the products being used. My skin feels amazing and I’m looking forward to my next treatment at the salon.

It is always so lovely to attend with Alice for my nail appointment. Welcoming, friendly and good fun . Would highly recommend this salon .

My eyelashes came out different, right eye was high, left eye went flat the next day. 4 days later I had them treated again but the same issues both eyes were different but I could not get it treated again or use an eye lash curler to make them the same due to the risks from over treatment. Saks were good in trying to resolve the issue, and the therapist was nice and welcoming, however the result of the treatment was not satisfactory. I was not happy with Noveau response to Saks email saying they were satisfied with the job, a picture was sent to them, however pictures are not a true reflection unless you see something in person as it can be deceiving depending on what angle the picture is taken. I now have eyelashes that are different from each other and very noticeable, right eye is high and curled and tinted dark, left eye not so much and half flat. I won't be getting this treatment again and I would not reccomend it to my family or friends or if they did I would advise them there is a risk of eyelashes being different (one a lot more curled and tinted than other), I was advised it could be due to the life cycle of the eyelashes. Saks have offered a free tint, however, the whole experience has been a ball ache trying to fix my lashes, more trouble than its worth. Be aware!
