I went in with such contradicting requests - “hide the root, keep the root”, Cammy was so understanding, really took the time to analyse my hair need, understand the realistic upkeep I will have and design and plan accordingly, keeping me involved during this. This is the best my hair has ever been and it has been the most understood I have ever felt in a hair salon. The service was professional, personable and person- centred. Thank you so much!!!!!! I had a wonderful experience at the salon today. As a hijabi, it meant a lot to be treated with such respect and understanding. The staff were friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the needs and concerns of hijab-wearing clients, which made me feel completely comfortable. Paul was brilliant gave him carte blanche on what to do. He did a fantastic job. He talked me through every step. Asked if I was happy, when I wanted to change something he obliged. He was attentive and the whole experience was superb. I would certainly recommend his head massage.!!

Really impressed with Cameron’s attention to detail and friendly approach. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and delivered it perfectly. The whole appointment felt smooth and relaxed, and when I asked about rebooking, he gave me a simple, honest recommendation of around four weeks depending on how it grows out. We went ahead and booked the next appointment for the fourth week, so I’ll be seeing him again then. I walked out looking sharp and feeling great about the cut.

Been for a consultation on my hair today, I’ve always struggled with hairdressers since my psoriasis started but Christine made me feel very welcome as well as another lady. Paul was lovely he seemed over booked and busy trying to juggle other people which is fine especially on weekend placement of highlights good however there orange patchy brassy and don’t match up to my blonde which had grown out for the last 8 months and I hate the look my colour was better before coming into the salon my colour at the front looks cheap and nasty like I’ve done it at home and now need to find a salon to correct it he did put toner on to try and correct it. Cut wise ok asked for it cutting to the shortest layer which it’s an inch longer but not blended over all glad my dead ends have been cut.
