I was amazed when i came down today,the staff members are so kind, i have been to loads of salons and i was thrilled with the way my hair turned out, they really comunicate and ask what you want, will deffo be going back,unfortunately didnt catch the guys name but he had tatoos on his neck and arms he works upstairs very happy

Chrissie in my opinion is probably the best hair stylist in the area. Today at my appointment she gave me an insight in how my hair grows and how to take advantage of the best way to style it.
I have had 3 great hair stylists, 1 I lost when I left the area, 1 who emigrated and Chrissie. Chrissie is knowledgeable, very articulate, personable and a skilful with a pair of scissors.
She give me a pride in my appearance.

From the moment I walked in Leah was friendly, attentive and relaxed. (I’ve got to know her over the last year as she worked alongside the lovely Chrissie) She advised me on the best hair colour, offered me regular drinks and honestly the whole appointment was fun, relaxed and simply the best hair appointment I’ve had in years! I loved how my hair looked today when I left Anthony James. I think they have manic in their hair washing treatment. I had no colour on my hair but it looks lighter, the cut was great. Jo always does a great styling job even when I have no idea what I want, it always turns out well. I honestly can’t recommend Jo enough. I first went to her after my hair had been completely butchered by another hairdresser. It was badly damaged, poorly cut and I genuinely thought it was beyond saving.
Jo took one look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done. She didn’t offer quick fixes or make unrealistic promises; she put a plan in place and has supported me through the entire journey of getting my hair back to being healthy, strong and beautiful.
She has taken my hair from wrecked to completely transformed. The difference in the condition, colour and overall appearance is incredible, and I finally love my hair again.
What I appreciate most about Jo is that I completely trust her. She genuinely understands hair, knows what it can and can’t cope with, and always puts the health of my hair first.
If you’ve ever had your hair ruined by someone and lost confidence in trusting another hairdresser, go and see Jo. She really is a hair rescue expert, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with mine.

Over the last 10 months Jo has been working with me to change my style from very short to a softer look using the Calligraphy Pen. I love how the style has developed and through using different techniques, it looks amazing. She is a very creative stylist and I just love the results every time!

Came to Joanne for the first time after looking at her great reviews.At the consultation she spent ages talking to me and could see I was a nervous wreck but easily put my mind at rest. The actual appointment and the results are really great. Just what I wanted and she also did some deep conditioning treatments that have made my hair way less dry.
