I’ve had a few different services at Vanilla Pod. From nails to eyelash extensions to Microbladed brows. Every time I feel very comfortable and confident that I will love my service. The fact I keep coming back and recommend to others shows how fab vanilla Pod is. The girls are very knowledgeable and friendly. The salon itself is modern and open plan which I love as I find more sociable. The owner Emma is so lovely. Thank you All x

Lovely facial with Chloe B, so relaxing,her massage technique sends me to sleep, skin feels great afterwards hydrated & glowing. The head neck & arm massage which is included was great too, relieving any tension, looking forward to having another one soon

The beautician I normally have was off sick so had someone to fill in for her.
I had this done 2hrs ago and although I thought it looked good at the end, i could not see properly as my eyes were blurred with product.
Now home and my vision is clear I'm very unhappy. The lift is poor and the colour looks non exsistant to how it has been done previously by my normal beautician.

Always have Chloe b and always feel so relieved after my massage. You forget what aches and pains you get in pregnancy and she does a wonderful job of getting rid of your cankles!

After turning up 10 minute early for my appointment I still had to wait a further 30 minutes without anyone addressing how long i’d have to wait. If you booked a customer in for an appointment at 13.30pm you shouldn’t still leave them sitting there at 14.00pm. Without an explanation
