Danielle was off sick today and Charlotte kindly stepped in as my appointment was first thing even though she only came to unlock her salon as it was her day off. All staff are lovely and I am always happy with my hair. Today with questions answered and total guidance, I am going to have hair extensions next month. This was a dream of mine, now made a reality as I feel very confident about the result. Thankyou xxx
