Always a good experience with Charlotte doing my hair

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcome.

Ava was absolutely brilliant. She really took the time to listen to everything I said I was looking for with my colour, cut and style, and she completely nailed it! She understood exactly what I wanted and the end result was spot on. I absolutely love my hair and came away feeling so happy with it. Ava is so friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her clients leave feeling their best.

The salon itself is absolutely stunning too. It’s beautifully decorated, stylish and has such a lovely, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. You can really see how much thought, care and pride has gone into creating such a gorgeous space.

Charlotte, the owner, is equally lovely. She is so warm, friendly and welcoming and really makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. It’s clear how passionate she is about the salon and creating a wonderful experience for everyone who comes through the door. She should be incredibly proud of what she has created.

Such a lovely experience from start to finish and I’m one very happy customer! I’ve definitely found somewhere I feel completely confident coming back to. Already looking forward to mine and my daughter’s next appointment. ❤️

Charlotte as always has made me feel like new again and in love with my hair. A much needed re colour and cut.

After a bad experience at another salon which left me feeling really self-conscious about my hair, Charlotte completely transformed it, and I went from hating my hair to loving it and finally feeling like myself again. Thank you for restoring my confidence — I couldn’t recommend Goldilocks enough!

Ava, was warm friendly and professional , she listened to me during the consultation period and my hair cut was perfect some layers and face framing and a slight trim to style I chose a smooth blow dry my hair feels silky soft . I love that there is no pressure to talk and the atmosphere is calm and easy going. Thank You Ava I will be sure to spread the word to family and friends .

Olga is a true professional and a perfectionist. She has been doing my eyebrows for around 3 years now and they always look great. I also got my make-up done by her last week for the first time - she made me feel beautiful! She takes great care in her work and I would highly recommend her for beauty services.

I’ve been the same hair colour for 6 years. Don’t get me wrong I still love the colour, but I’m a lot greyer now. Charlotte made a number of suggestions and we decided to go copper. Absolutely love it. I feel like a different person.

This was my 3rd appointment with Olga who is always friendly and professional. She explains everything during the appointment and is very efficient and helpful.

I went today at short notice Charlotte footed me in I took my daughter as she had an accident with her hair caught in a fan Charlotte stepped in to help and sorted out the problem my daughters hair looks lovely so grateful for what she did , now that’s what I call excellent Customer Service

Fantastic experience all round. Charlotte totally understood and executed what I wanted and some. And I believe she gave the best head massage during a hair wash ever! Apparently sometimes people decline this…try it it’s SOOO relaxing!

As always the care and the attention to detail of my hair was great.
