Olga is wonderful, my brows look fab, she got all the hairs on the lip and chin as well, she is always so nice and I do enjoy a catch up with her, great service.

Olga was lovely. Very chatty. Made sure I liked the shape of my brows. She also suggested other services like getting my lash lift and did a patch test. 10/10

I was nervous to get my hair done at a new salon as of previous poor experiences at others but Golbylocks made me feel so welcome and my hair is exactly how i wanted it. All the staff are lovely and helpful and the place is beautifully clean.

The cut looks perfect, I am finding though that the shampoo and conditioner has left my hair feeling very dry and has irritated my scalp a lot and my hair feels very greasy the next day and the ends of my hair feel quite knotty and damaged which I don’t usually get the day after a cut

It’s always lovely to see Olga and she does an amazing job with my eyebrows. She is always very professional and so welcoming.

Danielle did another amazing job with my hair today. She is an excellent hairdresser. Lovely professional friendly salon.

I had a wonderful experience with Zoe. She was warm, friendly, and immediately made me feel welcome. Before starting, she took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, asking thoughtful questions, showing me additional photos, and checking that I was comfortable with the length before making any cuts.

What truly stood out was how involved she kept me throughout the process, explaining her approach and making sure I was happy at every step. Unlike past visits where hairdressers seemed to follow their own vision, Zoe genuinely listened and delivered the style I had always hoped for. For the first time, I left the salon feeling completely satisfied. Thank you. Highly recommended.

This was my first visit to the salon and won’t be my last. I booked my appointment based purely on previous reviews and so glad I did. The whole experience of having my hair ( roots) coloured followed with a wash and trim was great and the head massage exceptional. See you in March .

I went in with very bleached hair, wanting to go a darker colour. Zoe was so good at explaining the process and how the pigmentation works. Overall my hair looks really good and I have rebooked. I personally love this salon. All the girls are so friendly.

I visited the salon today for processional advice on creating a new look and colour after years of trying to do it myself!

Phoebe was very knowledgeable and professional and really wanted to do a good job. She listened and gave suggestions and ultimately aloud me to make the decision while supporting me through the process.

Only my first visit to this lovely salon and I gave Zoe the challenge to sort out an uneven cut and wrong style from another salon. I was impressed that she took time to listen to my requests and advise the best way forward. Zoe is competent at cutting curly hair and I felt very satisfied that she has already massively improved my haircut.

Love this salon, been coming here for few years now always such top quality service everyone in the salon are lovely and friendly and always make you feel amazing every time you walk out of there. Danielle is a natural, so very skilled and talented, I trust her with my hair completely.

I initially rang & had a chat with Charlotte & booked my first appointment with her. I wasn't disappointed at all. As soon as I walked in, I felt completely comfortable. Charlotte greeted me & remembered our chat. Over a coffee, we discussed all aspects of my hair & she suggested the way forward which I agreed to.
