Her talent speaks for itself, my balayage has never looked more natural or beautiful, but it’s who she is that makes her so special. Charlotte has a way of making you feel completely seen, cared for, and confident, both inside and out.

She’s not just an amazing hairdresser; she’s someone who lifts people up. I’ll always be grateful for the thoughtful video Golbylocks and the content creator made which boosted my daughter’s self-esteem, it was such a kind and generous gesture, and it meant the world to us.

I’m sorry I can’t remember her name, but my 8 year old daughter had a hair wash cut and straightened her hair, she absolutely loved it, including the head massage, she was made to feel special, and can’t stop talking about how happy she is with her hair! Great service and really happy with hair

I've been going to Golbylocks since 2021 and always had Danielle as a stylist, I can never fault her she is fantastic she always listens to what I would like to do with my hair and with give me unbiased advice. I have alopecia so my hair care is delicate and Danielle has always been fantastic and supportive.

I’ve been having my eyebrows waxed and tinted with Olga for two years and she is absolutely brilliant, I am always so happy with the shape and colour and wouldn’t trust anyone else. I’d highly recommend using Olga for any of her services.

Professional and welcoming. Danielle makes sure I am comfortable with the treatments and checking in to ensure I was happy with my decision. We spoke about what colour was right for me. I trust them which made the decision to switch from blonde to dark easier. They know their clients and what’s best for their individual needs. Highly recommend and thank you love it!

If great hair and free therapy teamed up, the result would be Charlotte. She always gets my hair just perfect - whether it’s a cut, colour, or a quick refresh, it somehow ends up better than I imagined (like, how?!).

But Charlotte isn’t just a hair wizard—she’s also an unpaid therapist, hype woman, and all-around gem. She listens, she chats, she cares—and you leave her chair looking AND feeling better.

She genuinely wants you to love your look, and it shows in everything she does. No ego, no stress, just good vibes and great hair.

Phoebe cut my hair and restyled my teenage son’s long hair. He is very hard to please but Phoebe was patient and listened to what he wanted then gave him the style he wanted.

After years of not going to a salon a close friend of mine recommended golbylocks to me and ever since my first appointment I haven't looked back. Phoebe knows exactly how I like my hair cut and styled and really appreciate
the warm friendly salon whereby conversation is not forced which is a big thing for myself as sometimes it's nice to feel pampered and you can enjoy sitting back and feeling comfortable relaxing without feeling compelled to make conversation. My hair always feels so beautifully smooth and smells amazing 😍.
