My 8yo daughter decided to cut her very long hair and donate it to a wig-making charity, and was also doing some fundraising for the charity. I contacted The Spa to book an appointment for the cut and to see if they wouldn't mind donating a prize for a raffle draw, which they very kindly, and readily agreed to. The charge for the haircut was also waived and so we added this to the money donated to the charity.
I really cannot fault The Spa. The service we received was wonderful, and my daughter felt like a VIP. Their kindness and generosity was over and above anything we expected and helped us raise even more money for a very worthy cause. I cannot thank them enough. Unfortunately the local paper didn't send their photographer, as promised, because I really would have liked to provide them with some free publicity, which I feel they so richly deserve. This was not our first visit to The Spa, and as I have always been happy with the results, it definitely won't be our last.

I came for a fish pedicure with my friend and the treatment it's self was really good. Unfortunately besides from the lady who first greeted us at the desk, the service from the other ladies was appalling. We were offered no drinks, never checked on, no eye contact with us was even made. There was a strange atmosphere and it was all very unprofessional that the women were more interested in checking there phones and talking amongst themselves than the clients in the room. Before paying we were almost charged too much and when we politely pointed it out that we thought there was a mistake, the amount was then corrected with no apology.

Went today and received a warm and friendly welcome. We had an Indian head massage and both felt very relaxed and enjoyed the experience. We will definitely be coming back again.

My friend and I had the luxury Pedicures today and found it very relaxing and peaceful in the surroundings. The girls were friendly and professional and gave our feet a top class treatment. Thank you.

I had a sports massage with Maggie today and I must say it was one of the best i have had, she was very informative and I had a fab massage getting rid of lots of knots, I will definitely be back to see her again, she is a credit to your business.
My Manicure was also done very well with no faults to be found.

I had a fish pedicure today, which I've had many times, so thoroughly recommend.
Then a shape and paint on my toenails. I chose the colour with Pip as I wanted her expertise. The owner came over and we talked about mail art. I chose to have it. I really wanted some more advice so it was very welcome and I appreciated the owners hands on approach.
Finally I had an eyelash lift. What an unusual experience! I have short lashes and Frankie only had a medium appliance. She said she would order in a small, so I could come again. However when I looked in the mirror (and later when I showed my husband) we could both see a huge difference and I will definitely be going back.
All in all, I felt it was a wonderful personal service and I recommend The Spa in Lancing, very much.

I received a warm welcome and found all the staff friendly and approachable. The Salon was clean and tidy including the treatment room I was in. This was my first "wrap" and the treatment was explained to me and carried out quickly and efficiently. I can fully recommend the treatment and the Salon. I will be going again.

I have my hair bright pink with elumen. I always go to the spa and to Sam as I always feel welcomed and I get exactly what I want. Sam is the best and all the staff are lovely highly recommended

She was very friendly and chatty and made me feel more than comfortable.

I had the lux lipo wrap (thermo one) on my stomach and arms (2 areas) . Pip the beautician who put my wrap on was so kind. As I am insecure of my body she took extra care of me. The gel they use has a nice smell and when the wrap is on makes you warm and tingly. The wrap isn't too tight and feels amazing. Instant results. I'm amazed. You can also have a facial (also had that) it made the experience 10 times better.

I had a speedy manicure with gel polish. It was my first time at the Spa in Lancing and I shall definitely be returning. I shall be recommending this place to my friends.

I was met by a welcoming and friendly member of staff,given a refreshment and promtly introduced to my masseur(MAGGIE). My booking was made quickly and simply online with a full range on offer. I opted for a sports massage. Maggie realy knew her suff and brought me great relief from several very knotted muscles.My session lasted 1 1/2 hours which included a full postute check and diagnosing the muscle tightness I had.The massage itself has done the job and I feel great and now have my full range of movement back.Thank you Maggie your a star.

I really enjoyed my visit to lancing spa today. My first ever pedicure and gel nails and I think I might be hooked! Lovely surroundings, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will be booking another treatment soon I'm sure!

Recently became a member of the spa, was reccomended by my mum as she was very happy here. This week I've had a spray tan, gel manicure and gel pedicure all in one appointment. The staff are absolutely lovely and flexible. Very happy with the end result, and look forward to many many more treatments here.

Very thorough and tailored to my needs which are extensive due to chronic health problems. Took the time to locate my problem areas and relieve as many of my symptoms as possible whilst being careful not to cause unnecessary discomfort.

Joined the Spa when they were offering Silver and Gold membership. Anna and all of her staff are very pleasant and professional . My nails have never looked better , special thanks to Pip and Georgia...

I had a massage recently from Maggie and it was absolutely wonderful. She paid close attention to what my body needed, was friendly and easy to be comfortable as well as relaxing. Came away feeling beautifully refreshed. 10/10, will come back again soon.

Booked me and my mum in for a Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage for her birthday! From other places always felt awkward booking in and not very welcoming. On the phone booking the lady was lovely and friendly and made me look forward to coming and hen received the same when we arrived for our massage. All friendly and welcoming :) was lovely and me and my mum enjoyed our massages!!!

I had pain in my lower back, so I booked a massage at The Spa in Lancing. Maggie did a wonderful job of relieving the pain and I have booked another massage.

Had a full head of highlights today and fantastic cut with Holly. I have lots of long hair and she believed me when I'm said how much I wanted trimming which is brilliant! Fabulous relaxing experience just what I needed! Thank you very much!

Went in for a restyle- cutting my long hair into a bob! Sam was great and gave just the right amount input when asked for advice re. the cut - I.e. she offered her opinion based on what she thought would suit me rather than trying to impose her own preferences. I was really pleased with the end result, and the cut finish, - I've had lots of comments since.i have already booked my return cut.

I cannot recommend the The Spa in Lancing highly enough. I went in for the first time with back and neck issues. I got an appointment to suit me within 48 hours, I was saw by a highly experienced member of staff (Maggie) who listened to everything I said and explained everything she was doing as the treatment progressed. I came out feeling better, and also prepared to go back for more. Thank you very much.

Extremely happy with the end result, colour and cut are both perfect. Service at The Spa is second to none and you always feel very welcome and comfortable. All the girls are lovely and exceptionally good at what they do. Other treatments I've had include wax, gel manicure and pedicure and spray tan and they all turned out as I'd hoped.

Had the luxury pedicure today, oh my gosh! It was amazing. My feet feel so good, relaxed and refreshed. Great choice of polish colours! Staff are very friendly and attentive.

I have had many different types of massage, sports, Swedish, reflexology, Thai so I was excited about experiencing Lomi Lomi today. It is a very gentle massage, relaxes the muscles but mainly it is soothing massage that helps you unwind. Maggie my therapist was extremely professional and talked through how the massage would be which is always nice especially when you're getting quite naked. Highly recomend his to anyone looking to relax and get sleepy.

Had fish feet spa for 1St.
Fantastic service, explained everything, washed my feet, offered me drinks and then dried my feet once finished.

Visited the spa this evening very pleasant time there ladies all very nice and welcoming and kindly squeezed myself in upon arrival we walked into beautiful aroma and calming atmosohere i also now have beautiful nice and shaped brows and relaxed in the fish spa. Highly recommend and will be back soon

For a local spa, the spa in lancing offers a comprehensive range of treatments. I had a great hair cut and highlights with minimal fuss from friendly hairdresser Sam. I also enjoyed watching the fish and listening to people laugh as they tickled their toes.

This was a fab experience. Very chilled out and my feet feel lovely

I have been visiting The Spa for a few years now and have to say I always enjoy myself. The new team are all great and I always feel at home and really welcomed. One of the owners Anna is back from maternity and I am really pleased as I feel it wasn't the same without her around! Am already booked in for my next treatment!
