After several years of wearing my hair shoulder length and below I decided a change was very much needed. Di was brilliant, she absolutely understood what I was looking for, taking time to chat through the options and explain what would best work for my hair. The end result is perfect, I’m over the moon and already have my next appointment in the diary. It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning.

Johnny could not have been more interested and informative about the colour service I had. He patiently explained why he was choosing the colours from the swatch for me and how they would look on my hair. He put me at my ease (I am a nervous client due to a colour disaster at another salon. He explained how he would cut, shape and blow dry my hair and I am very happy with the results. He also has a fantastic knowledge of the products he used. No wonder he is a Kerastase Ambassador!

From the moment I walk into Lustig And Webb to the moment I leave, the experience I receive in the salon is of a very high standard. It’s a very friendly environment to be in with an excellent vibe. Johnny has been my stylist for 7 years now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else or having my hair cut by anyone else, he’s such a talented stylist.

Emma really listened to what I was trying to achieve and surpassed expectations. The highlights made my previously bleached hair look more natural and suitable for my skin tone. The cut is perfect for adding body & texture whilst keeping my length too!

Natalie is so good at what she does. Listens, guides and is a pleasure to hang out with. I have greying hair and I am very low maintenance but even at 6 months I regularly get compliments about the colour - how natural it is and how nicely blended with the grey.

I’ve just had a cut and highlights with Claire who was brilliant. She listened to me, gave advice & I walked out of the salon feeling amazing. Not only is she creative but a lovely person as well, easy to talk to and good fun. Highly recommend.

The transformation with my hair following my appointment with Di has been incredible. After being recommended a treatment my hair feels so much better & I feel less concerned about its condition. Lustig & Webb is a beautiful salon & I cannot recommend it enough, everyone is so kind & friendly.

A snap decision to have my tired, shaggy mop cut into a short pixie-style was expertly executed with the aid of a whimsical screen-shot, by senior stylist, Di who, to paraphrase, loves a Friday afternoon transformation.

Johnny has a magic touch. He’s one of those stylists who can fulfil any ideas you have to a T and leaves you feeling fabulous along the way. His sense of colour and style is incredible, he’s so attentive and always gives the best advice on colour and care that is also achievable at home. Needless to say, the hairstyle lasts for ages after leaving the salon. Love love love and couldn’t recommend more!
