Natalie is one of thee best hairdressers in Sussex and always a pleasure to catchup with. I never know what I want and she seems to completely understand me and transform a tired messy head of hair into a vibrant and stylish haircut/colour. Love Natalie and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I’ve been going to this salon for a couple of years and Johnny is always amazing. He flawlessly nails the colour each appointment, whether I want to go blonde for summer or back to bronde for autumn. He really cares about the health of his clients hair and always makes sure that your hair is maintained. You honestly wouldn’t find a better hairdresser!

So I had The Big Chop yesterday with the lovely Di
A complete restyle, I didn't really know what I wanted, I just knew I wanted short hair. Di took time with me, making sure we both understood what we were going for, I had absolute confidence in her. The result was just what I didn't know I wanted! Di is an incredible stylist, she has so much knowledge and skill, I am so incredibly happy with my hair

Desperate for a new look after years of being very light blonde, Daniel put some lovely warm tones through, whilst adding some lovely flashes of blonde (he knows me well)! A lovely cut and blow dry from Di too. Always such a lovely relaxed atmosphere, been coming here for years and that’s unusual for me. 💖

After several years of wearing my hair shoulder length and below I decided a change was very much needed. Di was brilliant, she absolutely understood what I was looking for, taking time to chat through the options and explain what would best work for my hair. The end result is perfect, I’m over the moon and already have my next appointment in the diary. It was a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning.

Johnny could not have been more interested and informative about the colour service I had. He patiently explained why he was choosing the colours from the swatch for me and how they would look on my hair. He put me at my ease (I am a nervous client due to a colour disaster at another salon. He explained how he would cut, shape and blow dry my hair and I am very happy with the results. He also has a fantastic knowledge of the products he used. No wonder he is a Kerastase Ambassador!

From the moment I walk into Lustig And Webb to the moment I leave, the experience I receive in the salon is of a very high standard. It’s a very friendly environment to be in with an excellent vibe. Johnny has been my stylist for 7 years now and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else or having my hair cut by anyone else, he’s such a talented stylist.

Emma really listened to what I was trying to achieve and surpassed expectations. The highlights made my previously bleached hair look more natural and suitable for my skin tone. The cut is perfect for adding body & texture whilst keeping my length too!

Natalie is so good at what she does. Listens, guides and is a pleasure to hang out with. I have greying hair and I am very low maintenance but even at 6 months I regularly get compliments about the colour - how natural it is and how nicely blended with the grey.
