I arrived needing a long overdue haircut, with hair everywhere having spent much of the day in a damp playground. From the moment I entered the salon, I felt cared for. The receptionist was busy but acknowledged me and alerted another member of staff. The girl who washed my hair was friendly, courteous and made me a delicious cup of coffee. But, most importantly my stylist, Mev, was excellent. He considered my unruly mop and decided what would work. I did not feel like a number or rushed along. And I'm delighted with my cut and have had many compliments today. So thank you, Toni and Guy, Horsham and I promise not to leave it so long, next time! Merry Christmas to you all.

Due to a mix up with my booking I was left disappointed by my experience. Originally booked a hair up and this wasn’t my stylists area of expertise. The salon had tried to call once to advise me of this but hadn’t left a message. My hair was put up by my stylist but was average. Mostly dissatisfied by being charged full price for this.

As usual I was really please with both my colour and my cut.

I've been getting my hair cut by Lucy from Toni & Guy in Horsham for a few years now and I always love the results. The staff are always lovely, they serve proper coffee/other beverages and you get plenty of text reminders for your appointment which im thankful for because I'd definitely forget otherwise. Would never change my salon now

Toni & Guy Salon in Horsham is always a happy place to be. You go in feeling a bit low and by the time you come out everything looks so much better. The Staff from apprentices to stylists are always professional and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I was delighted with the way Lucy cut and re-styled my hair. She really listened to what I wanted and is obviously a perfectionist. She is also friendly and easy to talk to and I enjoyed my visit.
