It was lovely to get my hair done this morning. I was quickly seated and given magazines. One in a folder and One rather well thumbed. Quick chat with my hairdresser and then a relaxing hair wash and treatment. Tv not very visible and on silent? Why bother rather have nice relaxing music/picture. A latte and a biscuit. Wet cut, blow dry and styling. Thankyou for my beautiful shiny hair do.

Claire highlighted my hair once more and as fabulously as ever - despite being 8 months pregnant. I've been going to T&G for about 10 yrs and whilst I have tried elsewhere in Horsham always come back because of the professional and excellent service provided. Claire is fantastic and shall be missed whilst she is away. Ellie who cuts my hair is just as great and I've never worried with what she's doing with her scissors! She's just as professional and friendly without being too sugary (like many hairdressers try). The rest of the staff from the receptionist to the younger girls who wash are very welcoming and friendly. It's definately not the cheapest but the service is second to none

Just got home from having another cut n blow dry with Ellie, she always cuts my hair the best I’ve ever had. On way home got blown around with really wet drizzle & my hair although wind swept & soaking, still looks great!! - sign of an excellent cut - as always - I feel like I’ve had a catch up with a lovely friend! Thanks Ellie!

Ellie is always enthusiastic and friendly. I come dorm from London just to have my hair cut by her and catchup.

Elly has been cutting my hair now for 10 years. I have never been disappointed only ever thrilled with the results. She knows my hair more than I do and what suits me! I recommend her to everyone!!!

After a bleach hair disaster leaving me with dry dead hair I came i booked online and came in to see Nikki. She really did a wonderful job and was so friendly.

I have had numerous stylist cut my hair over the past couple of years and Hayley has done an amazing job that I will definitely be asking for her again. She really listened to my style request and did an amazing job of making my long, flat, poker straight hair, have some life and volume back into it. Her blow drying tips and products suggestions were really helpful as well. Thank you Hayley (and really sorry Hannah for having to cancel my toner with you because we cut all the light ends off!)

Service really good but charging a lot and no chances to get discounts for loyalty, packages or quick fixes. I really can’t afford it on a regular basis and need to find a cheaper hairdresser
