Visited the salon for the first time today and what a lovely experience. I have had trouble in the past with hairdressers not listening to my preferences and Laura immediately put me at ease during the first consultation a few weeks ago. She's given me time for my hair to sort itself out so that the results could be optimised and wow I am so happy with my new hair.
A little mention for Emma who washed and treated my hair a really relaxing experience.
Looking forward to my next visit and my daughter has even booked herself in.

Love the fact I am welcomed by name the minute I walk into the salon.
I really feel like a regular and my most important hair likes/dislikes details are recorded.
There appears to be a really strong team/work ethic which wasn’t there 10 plus years ago.
Very happy with Laura ( colourist, gosh she knows her stuff!!)
Still sorting out a new stylist as my regular left recently, however all the stylists are fabulous!
Would have no hesitation recommending this salon

My first visit to T&G. I was impressed all round, from the receptionist to the stylist and the general atmosphere in the salon. The whole experience was enjoyable.

Lucy was absolute awesome. She took the time to listen to me before starting on my hair and she really understood what I was after and did a great job! I was very impressed with her service, she was polite and friendly. I was very happy with my hair and that’s because Lucy took the time to understand what I was after. Very impressed!

Charlotte is creative and gets my hair which is rare, glad i’ve Found T&G in Horsham and Charlotte who always delivers great results.

I visited the Horsham branch after getting an appointment the same day, I hadn't had a haircut for over 8 months which I explained to the guy and clearly explained what I wanted. I have very long naturally curly hair and have had several bad experiences over the years of people not knowing how to cut my hair. I sat waiting for several minutes to get my hair washed then got taken back to my seat and basically had a no conversation hair cut. He cut in a fringe that looked like a clump on my forhead and blow dryed it to look like something from the 40's!! The back of my hair was cut in a blunt straight line, and over dryed. I asked for it to be thinned out as its very thick and heavy and for a fringe that was feathered. I now look like a reject of the 80's. What little conversation we had, he took no interest in anything I said and was more intetested in selling me stuff to straighten my hair and almost seemed distracted elsewhere. Please if you cherish your hair don't go here and let ***** cut your hair especially if it's curly. I now am trying to find someone to rectify this disastrous haircut.

I have been coming to the salon for about 15 years and prior to that from when they first opened in Brighton. Emma has certainly made a difference since she has been in charge and it’s a happy, welcoming salon. Everyone makes you feel special and knows you even to remembering what specific products you like to have on your hair. There’s also never a shortage of your choice of coffee and tea. I am always made to feel very special by all the team. I have been to quite a few Toni and Guy salons and this one is the best. Scotty did my colour today as always it is superb and Charlotte normally cuts it and she is excellent but today the blow dry was done by Danni and she just got it and it looks superb. Well done everyone!

I totally trust my stylist Charlotte at T & G Horsham. She understands my hair and how I like to look. I value any advice that she gives me. She has a remarkable memory for hair and personal details, so the salon experience is always a chatty pleasure.
