Excellent from booking in they always say your first name makes you feel special before you start. Then having hair coloured, washing and having it cut. People very friendly.Scott is amazing .

This is the first time I’ve been to Toni & Guy, and it was a really great experience. From when I first arrived with a friendly greeting from the receptionist, to my actual haircut with Lucy, who was lovely and always made sure I was happy with what she was doing and that we were on the same page. I was given magazines to read as well as a drink offered. The haircut itself was done quickly but obviously with care, and Lucy was happy to make any slight adjustments if I wanted anything cut a bit shorter. Really happy with the end result, thank you!

Had some excellent advice re my very dry and frizzy hair which I was persuaded to keep as a naturally curly style instead of my usual straightening blow dry. Thank you to Laura for the lovely colour and to Charlotte for spending ages with me showing me how to keep my style when I’m at home. As ever, the salon experience was very satisfying.

Really enjoyed having my hair cut and blowed dried today at Toni and Guy Horsham. Nikki was an excellent cutter and knew exactly what she was going. My hair feels healthy and smooth after the cut and blow dry and sits very well

This is my first haircut with Nikki at TG after a disastrous cut somewhere else. I was so impressed, everyone was so friendly. My cut is fantastic, exactly what I asked for. Nikki was great and I will definitely be coming back

I love this salon. The staff are always happy to see me and the salon is spotless.
My stylist Rachel has an amazing talent. My hair is very thick and long and Rachel tames it to perfection every time! Today I have had 3 people admire my hair within an hour already. I always leave from there feeling confident and delighted.

A really friendly salon, with great customer service

Laura gave me a wonderful half head of highlights today. The colour was just stunning and I was so pleased with the end result. Emma gave me a bouncy blow dry that made my wild and untamed hair look sleek and sophisticated. Nicole gave me a fabulous shampoo and treatment with a relaxing head massage I have to say that was the bet bit....see you all again in July and thanks for the fab experience!

Excellent and relaxed

For 2 appointments running I’ve been kept waiting for 15 & 20 minutes as staff were running late. This is not acceptable so Management need to give staff more time to do their work. It is poor customer service to keep clients waiting. I wasn’t told and wasn’t even offered a drink! Not good enough.

I have been going to Toni and Guy Horsham for several years and would not ever go anywhere else. I always get treated extremely well. The hairdressers are exceptional and I enjoy the experience every time.

I had a nice warm welcome! The lady Nikki who did my hair was lovely and chatty. She was able to cut my hair quickly in a good way. Im very happy with the result!

Going into T&G Horsham is always a pleasurable experience not least because you walk in looking like plain Jane and walk out ready for a royal Wedding or other such occasion. The warmth and friendliness of the staff along with the professional service make it my favourite hairdressers

Third time at T and G in Horsham and each time i got a different staff member. Not a proplem. Happy with the cut and each occasion.
