Shannon is amazing. Has done a fantastic job on my hair. Went above and beyond to help fix my hair. I will be back, she is fantastic.

Starting off it’s a great antmosphere all around, Molly makes me feel so welcome all the time! Her hair expertise is amazing and doesn’t try to convince on extra services that aren’t really needed. Overall, I’ve been here quite a lot over the past couple of months to achieve the hair that I had wanted and love the chats that we have. This hair salon was the first I have ever been to and the experience definitely did not disappoint!

I have been going to the Regis salon for some time now, and have always been very pleased with the cut and attention to detail shown by Shannon. I decided that I would have a change of colour, and Shannon did a great job. We discussed colours and what would be done at the outset, and it was a very relaxing experience. I am very pleased with the results.

My daughter and I had both had perms. She wanted a beach wave style and I wanted spirals/ringlets. Sadly, neither of us got what we asked for and after a week both of us are finding the curls are falling and our hair just looks scruffy and unkempt. My hair was already curly and I wanted to give them some lift with the spirals and my daughter wanted a perm to last through her holiday, but it's drooped so much she's not sure it'll last. These hairstyles cost over £300 and it seems it was for nothing.
I've held off giving a review because I don't like leaving negative ones, but I feel my money had been well and truly wasted.

Always a lovely experience having my hair done by Shannon. I used to dread going to a salon but find it really relaxing now and I always leave feeling great! My hair is in a much better condition too, now that I’m confident to go regularly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to have my hair done now!

I had such a good fringe trim with care and attention to detail. Will certainly come back and use her again.

While the staff were friendly. the service was good ,the actual colouring went wrong ,the colour uneven ,and also the stylist got a strand of my hair coverd in dye in my face across my eye.
The stylist gave me two optrex eye baths and fortunately .it did not enter my eye but wet ones were given to remove the dye from my face.
I got no discount for what happened
She did offer to cut my hair at an extra cost .
An accident form was filled in.
My next visit will be with another stylist shannon.
I dont feel confident so may cancel

Molly was amazing! My hair was a bit of a wild one and she has made it look gorgeous in 2 hours! She completely understood what I wanted and after showing her possibly the worst picture she found something similar and it was exactly what I was after!

Chloe cut my hair for the 1st time and I was really pleased with the whole experience. The staff are all friendly and Chloe was very welcoming. She listened to what I wanted and I’m really pleased with the result. She did ask if I do my own colour and I said yes and that I’m not interested in having it done in the salon.

Shannon was recommended to me by one of my colleagues. I had visited another salon recently but unfortunately they had done a very bad cut - one side of my hair was at lease 2 inches longer and the layers were awful. Shannon did an amazing job of putting it right for me - my hair looks lovely and healthy and I couldn't be happier with what she did. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Shannon.
