First visit here today, I had the bespoke conditioning treatment done by an apprentice. Unfortunately I’m not sure what her name was, but she was very friendly and gave me a lovely shampoo and head massage. The whole treatment was very relaxing. I didn’t get offered an eye mask which the website said was included, but that’s a very minor detail to me. I’m still happy with my experience.
