As always, my stylist was professional, so willing to do their best work and charming. Holly was warm, friendly, and understood my needs perfectly. The atmosphere in the training salon is always uplifting.

The salon experience is fantastic and all the team are warm and welcoming. However, the appointment was to have my hair dyed, and I’m extremely disappointed in the result, especially considering I paid £300 for it. The colours look nothing like the reference image I brought in, and it’s barely even evident that it’s been dyed (for example the ends were supposed to be a white-lilac but don’t look much different from my normal black hair, and it was meant to be ombré but it’s just solid purple from the neck down, in a single shade). I feel really unhappy about it. I would like to come back in to have it fixed please as I’m really unhappy with it!

Was the best service I've ever had in a salon, I'm gutted I don't live in the UK and can go back again. Emily did an amazing job fixing my hair and giving me advice I can tell my next hairdresser back home in NZ. Went away feeling so good thank you.

As always Alice is a comsumet professional, kind-hearted and a credit to a fantastic saloon. I have been a client for many years and always recommend Buzby and Blue. The two hours each month is such a tonic from a busy life, a calm and always happy, buzzing oasis.

Most careful respectful and enjoyable to spend time for someone who is 76 years of age. Someone who makes the client feel special is an amazing talent with such a vast difference in age. A great asset and example for other in the team.

As usual Louisa has coloured my hair so that it looks very natural. This was a colour correction and there is no-one else I would trust to do this. Louisa is the best pets I have ever ever been to. I recommend her to anyone.

Honesty. A person who understand face shape and hair types to create looks that complement your natural features. Honest about what looks good and offer recommendations to create a style that matches your unique fashion sense in a way that still looks good. Highly recommend.
