I had an amazing total look change experience today with Louisa! From start to finish - exceptional service! Strting with über friendly and welcoming reception team, relaxing head massage and of course the hair cut. I'm ever so grateful that Louisa could accomodate the haircut because it was a complete change of style and I should have booked a longer appointment - I went from the shoulder length hair to super short. The results were even better than I have expected. I loved that Louisa also talked me through about how I can recreate my hairstyle at home and which products to use (it was really handy that I could purchase the products and take thrse home with me straight away). I will be returning to keep my hairstyle sleek. Definitely recommend!

My appointment was changed slightly but the Salon was very accommodating and Emily did an amazing job with my cut and wash. Every time I come to the salon I have a great experience! I come from London to get my hair cut here as I have never had a better experience elsewhere.

As always Grace is an angel! Today I was really anxious about my hair and was worried that my scalp was not in good condition after having extensions. Grace took so much time and was really through when assessing my scalp and quality of hair, she used treatments and adjusted my extensions to fit more comfortably and safely so that my natural hair remained healthy. She really boosted my confidence today and I thank her for it.

Jenny highlighted and cut my hair for the first time today and I am delighted with the colour and cut. She did an excellent job!

Daisy was so lovely and everybody made me feel so welcome. I absolutely love the outcome of my hair and you wouldn’t have been able to tell it was done in the training academy, it was perfect!

I had my first visit here at the weekend. I am always nervous about hair cuts. I had a consultation first which lasted a whole 10 minutes. Louisa asked me about how I like to style my hair, what I’m looking for in a haircut and what my hair goals are. I took this opportunity to explain about my hair anxiety and how it affects me. She was really reassuring. As she was cutting my hair she explained how I would communicate to a different stylist, how my hair ought to be cut. She promised me that if I had any problems with my hair I could get in touch. Everyone was really friendly and I soon felt very comfortable and well looked after. Definitely would recommend.
