I was very disappointed with my cut after drying and straightening it myself I noticed one side was shorter than the other, I was booked in for a wet cut when paying she advised me it would be more as it was a restyle, I personally don’t think it was as only had a couple of inches off and a fringe trim, after speaking to a friend she took her daughters to the salon today for a cut and they done exactly the same to her saying it was a restyle and charging her more so this is obviously what they do to their customers, I didn’t think there was a nice vibe in the salon and I would definitely not recommend the salon and won’t be returning, £35 for a wonky haircut is not acceptable
Me and my daughter went for our first visit to the salon and with Kayleigh today. She was very attentive and my daughter came out feeling very pampered. Her best bit was the head massage ;)

This was my first visit today , on arrival as discussed previously with Yasmin who was very attentive and I was still happy to have the colours which I had selected with Yasmin’s help.
The salon was calm and friendly each customer was attended coats taken and refreshments offered, then taken to a chair.
Yasemin talked. Me through each step , including what products she was using, after colouring , cutting and blow drying my hair , I can say that I was very happy with the results, I would recommend using the salon I have already booked for a further appointment.
