Brilliant!! An absolute professional! This was my first time at the salon, but I had called in a couple of days before to book. I asked to speak with their Senior Stylist, which I found out is Beckie. I explained the style of my cut and asked if she could help me. Finally, I have found a hairdresser who will listen! Beckie took on board the style and specific "blunt" cut that I wanted and understood the specifics of my fine, coarse hair; she understood exactly what I was after. I can honestly say I was met with integrity, professionalism, confidence and enthusiasm to achieve exactly what I wanted as a client. Beckie demonstrated profound expertise in her field as a hairdresser/stylist, and her understanding/knowledge of the style and cut I was asking for. I would definitely recommend Beckie. I found her very easy to talk to and explain the cut I wanted. I have moved here from Kent, leaving my trusted stylist of 20 years behind. I have tried other hairdressers desperately trying to find someone who would just "simply, listen" to what I wanted. At last I have finally found someone who can master just that. Thank you Beckie for a great cut!

This was our first time visiting the salon and Beckie made our daughter feel settled very quickly. Our daughter loved the experience. Beckie was so kind and attentive and included our daughter in all the discussions about her hair which made her feel very grown up . She is made up with her new hairstyle which looks lovely! It was my first time at the salon so I took my daughter thinking it would be awkward at a new salon but to my surprise I felt so comfortable as soon as I walked in, it was only me getting my hair done but Becky made me and my daughter a nice hot drink and gave us biscuits which were a very nice touch. My haircut it exactly what I asked for and done really well but at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend and definitely go back. Becky seems like such a nice genuine person we were chatting like old friends it was lovely.
