Staff are aways polite and very helpful and pleasen,the atmosphere is always jolly and feal you can speak to anyone , always offered a hot drink

I had been looking for a specific style and colour for awhile. I decided to try UBU for the first time and have came out happier than ever! Thank you Holly, you’ve done wonders on my hair!

This was my first visit to UBU hair salon.
I was made to feel welcome and all the staff was very friendly. Sam who cut made hair was wonderful, she asked me what I wanted took the time to look at my hair and advised me.
I came out with a fabulous hair cut and felt great

I always have Penny and she's so good at listening to what you want doing. I never feel worried when I sit in the chair as I know she will do a great job.

After moving out of the area and trying to find a hairdresser more locally, I have returned to UBU Hair and the brilliant Nicki working her wonders on my hair! I always love my cuts and experience at UBU and it’s worth the extra miles to return. I’ve been coming to Nicki for getting on 20 years and glad to back!

Kirsty welcomes her customers into UBU with a lovely smile and you are looked after all the way. She’s a great at her job and I feel so relaxed having my hair done with her and have always been pleased with my cut/blow dry and colour.

Kirsty was lovely and understood exactly what cut and style I was after! The salon is always very friendly and welcoming. Previously had a cut and style with Nikki and loved the experience hence my return visit

On a recent visit from South Wales I booked into UBU for a one off appointment for a blow dry. The stylist who did my hair was Sam who was very professional and friendly. Overall it was a very nice experience in a lovely clean and busy salon.

Was so pleased with the end result thanks to sam it turned out the best I am really happy with my balayage and roots thank you so much and the service from the staff was fantastic thank you will be coming back soon x

I was visiting from South Wales and was recommended UBU salon. My stylist Sam was very friendly and professional and I was delighted with the blow dry I had to attend a birthday party. Overall I was very impressed.

My daughter had her hair done by Holly and she couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Her hair is quite long however needed a slight trim, she wanted to keep a lot of the length just get rid of the dry ends and sort out her face framing pieces. She said Holly couldn’t have done it better… as well as having her hair spot on it looked beautiful when she came out and said not only was her hair amazing but Holly was so nice to her. I would recommend UBU to everyone.

First time trying a salon on Boldmere high street and it will now become my regular salon! I had a cut and blow dry with penny, and it was very efficient, I was in and out in no time but never felt rushed, very busy but never felt overcrowded and very happy with the results! I will be back!

After recently trying another hairdressers who completely ruined my hair I came back here as I have been here since a little girl and will never change again. Always listen to exactly what you want and Penny is just amazing. I was really sad as I am blonde and the other hairdressers did not do what they said. Penny completely sorted it out. Always very friendly and approachable.
