Honestly the best salon experience I’ve ever had; Penny did my balayage and she was so thorough and attentive throughout the entire process, kept me in the loop, and the results are actually amazing - so so happy. Holly did my cut and blow dry and it came out so well, I’m really happy. All the staff are absolutely amazing and so sweet, definitely my go to salon now!! X

Nicola did a grand job of cutting, highlighting and styling my hair. I had an emergency appendectomy straight afterwards and although i was ill...my hair looked great!

In a dilemma, forgotten to book appointment 🙄 gave mid afternoon call to enquire on availability of an appointment. Great news, appointment at time requested. Easy parking outside, smiling friendly staff on entering salon. Quick chat about styling required and off to the chair. Stylist made conversation and made a nervous granddaughter feel very much at ease. Well presented salon, good products, very clean. Great hair cut, happy customer 👍

Not many salons can cut curly hair. UBU can.. and i have done some of the best curly hair salons in Birmingham.

I had another cut and colour with Holly today and am very pleased with the result. She did exactly what I asked for (a natural looking colour) and there was no pressure to go for a look I wasn’t comfortable with - which isn’t the case in other local salons. The salon is also lovely and clean (which is also not the case in some other local salons - I’ve tried a few!). Thank you Holly!

I have my hair coloured , cut and blow dry. The service is fabulous, all the staff are great, they are courteous and kind always liking some fun. The cut is very good and very professional. The colour was matched really well from a previous stylist. I highly recommend this salon.
