Helen was lovely . However , my greys were bit covered sadly ! I was out in saturday and had so much on but it was in the night when doing my hair noticed the grey hair on my sides . Not happy . I have taken pics to prove it and hope you will sort it out but I am away on holiday for a week .

Helen is a very good stylist but she forgot the barrier cream so the colour was on my face and had to be scrubbed of after. I did not have a cut with my colour and highlights yet she tried to charge me for a shampoo and cut. My husband had com in to buy me a 2 x 15 min spa treatments for my birthday. She only charged him for one so I had to pay the additional amount myself for my birthday on my bill. Very disappointed in my service today, however the colour was very good.

As always Amanda did amazing job on my nails and they look really lovely. New shellac colour which I’m calling “rose gold” but it was someone else who suggested the name ! The pick and mix treatments are such wonderful value that I was able to have a back exfoliation and masque along with a much needed back and shoulder massage. The treatment itself was heavenly and Paula really worked wonders on my "crunchy" shoulders. I feel loads better and I'm really grateful. Thank you, Paula, you are lovely.

First time at the salon. My hair was quite the challenge for Abi, but she listened, took her time and understood the project explaining to me every step of the way! I went from a dull blonde colour to a stunning ash brunette. Abi turned my hair into exactly what I wanted and I would recommend Abi within a heartbeat. I always feel at ease walking into the salon, always friendly and attentive, James has been my hairdresser for over a year and knows exactly what I want, this time was like no other, I was initially wanting to lighten my hair with highlights but after talking to James he suggested a balayage instead and it is exactly how I imagined I wanted it to be.
