Had my hair washed & cut by Ellie, she was fantastic. 1st time I had been & she made me feel welcome & advised me of everything on offer. Ellie was great recommend it.

It was my first visit to the salon today and I was very impressed with the service and care I received. My stylist Max was very friendly and made me feel at ease. There were some lovely extra personal touches that I wasn't expecting, such as a neck massage with a choice of oils and a hot stone massage during my hot towel treatment. I was very pleased with my hair and I had a lovely afternoon in the salon. I would highly recommend this salon, as it's obvious that they aim to please their client and go beyond your expectations.

So impressed with every level of service I received there and by far the best spray tan I have ever had. Perfect colour (not orange!) and so even it looks absolutely natural. Now the only place I will go for a spray tan!

I booked for a cut and blow dry but was also treated to a complementary shoulder massage and a cup of tea which all added to the experience.Ryan made a lovely cuppa and settled me down with a magazine whilst he organised the essential oils for a reliant neck and shoulder massage.Laura gave me a lovely cut, after consulting with me. She got it just right. This was my first visit to the salon and I'm looking forward to a repeat visit. Well done Shear Success!

Went to sort out the mess I had made of my hair with home dye kits.. This was my first visit to the salon and was extremely impressed by the professionalism of the stylist Laura . She knew her stuff and put me at ease totally . And the end result was amazing . I would definitely recommend this salon.

I've had a lovely afternoon at Sheer Success salon :) a really bright and welcoming atomsphere,with such a wonderful service,helpful and lovely :) it's definitely different to any salons in the area,in an extremely good way; it's calm and relaxing and just so nicely decorated aswell as living upto that on the quality and service :)thanks to Ellie for doing such a wonderful job with my unruley mane :) i would recommend this salon definitely as it's a very laid back yet professional vibe and they use Aveda products which are natural and beautiful :) Lara :)

Lovely treatment with Paula. Started late which I don't like but more than made up for time at the end. Lovely surroundings and very thorough treatment. The room would have been more comfortable a little warmer but otherwise great. They have gone to the trouble of creating a proper spa environment rather than just a few treatment rooms. Will certainly return.

l have been to Shear Success for sometime now and always leave the salon very happy - Max is my stylist and he is excellent - makes you feel very welcome - and spends time to make sure you are pleased with your hair - wouldn't go to any other salon

As usual Katie has done a fantastic cut & dry. Today I decided to have my shoulder length hair cut short. Katie copied the photo I took into the salon fur the style and put a lovely tint on my hair. Katie also provided excellent advice regarding which products to use for finishing the style that would suit my hair. Very happy and thoroughly recommend ????

I had a lovely massage on Saturday. Because of the 50% offer I had the opportunity to try something that I'd probably never try usually. Becca, my therapist was lovely. I had the most relaxing massage I've ever had, it was lovely!
