As usual Millie made Scarlett feel welcome. She checked if she was happy with everything as she went along with the cut. And styled her hair as she wanted.

I came especially for the Aveda products and ethos as I use minimal chemical based products at home. Having complimentary loose leaf green tea was lovely, and the Aveda oil massage was nice although it was quite quick, and I was expecting a relaxing scalp massage. ***** was lovely and chatty, but seemed to be quite rushed/distracted I felt considering she didn’t have another client after me.. My shampoo was quickly done too, the water a little cool, and I don’t remember a conditioner being used. If it was then my hair was only shampooed once. The shampoo smelt incredible though and ***** asked me what my scalp/hair was like before the shampoo. Then the cut. ***** cut it quite fast and unfortunately, there are more short layers in my style than I wanted so I’m not 100% happy with my cut. It’s more like a completely new hairstyle than just the back being shorter and thinned out like I asked.

I just had a wax with Leanne and she is honestly the best Ive ever encountered. As everyone knows it’s not the most dignifying treatment to have done and I’ve been put off before elsewhere so haven’t been brave enough to have it done again! Until now... Leanne was amazing, professional made me laugh all the way through and took my nerves away. A lovely girl that should be commended for her outstanding professionalism. 100% will go back to Leanne! Totally professional set-up. Customer service at its best. Discussion re colour and cut with advice given re colour application. A Mini neck massage is also part of the experience, and I was advised about treatments throughout.

My husband and I both had spray tans by Paula. She was fab, made us feel very relaxed and we couldn’t be happier with the results! I’m looking forward to booking more treatments at shear success, thanks to Paula.

This was my first dye at a hair salon so I as a little nervous about getting it right, Millie was very kind explaining the different colour types to me and helping me choose the perfect shade to suit me and my skin tone.

My son and daughter have both had hair cuts by Millie and both loved her warmth and friendliness. As a parent I really appreciate her ability to listen to both adult and child and produce a hair cut that both are pleased with. The hot chocolates are also a big hit!!

Had my first spray tan at the salon today, was greeted by the lovely Leanne who was very friendly, I felt at ease and was very impressed with how professional it all was. Will definelty be visiting again

Most young hairdresser can’t blow dry as they are used to the modern flat style but Sahrish was very good, lots of volume and she thined my hair out with out charge. Would have like a comfy seat whilst waiting to be attended to rather than a hard stool !! Will definitely go back.

Cut was lovely. Only issue is I mentioned I hadn't received the £10 off my first visit and was told I could have it the but the discount given was 10% not the £10 as advertised.

Shear Success provide a great service in their modern salon in Sutton Coldfield. The service is relaxed and friendly and you are looked after from the moment you come through the door.
The products are all skin friendly, which is a boon to anyone with sensitive skin and choice of a massage, and a range of hot and cold drinks, presented on a tray, is wide enough to suit everyone’s taste.
I could not recommend this more highly.

This was my first visit to the salon and I will definitely be returning again in the future! The head massage at the start left me feeling very relaxed and I was really happy with my final haircut. Overall service and atmosphere were also very friendly and relaxed, adding to the whole experience.

Jess blowdryed my hair for my birthday month. She asked what my concerns were dryness and thinning and put a variety of suitable shampoo and products on to suit my needs ..my hair wasn't weighed down but looked good. Nothing was left out because this treatment was free. NB Jess' name needs adding above!

Really happy with the final result, Mille is really freandly person and she is enjoying what she is doing. Paid full price but on the website says for the new clients you will receive £10 discount.

Although Millie was so lovely, it would have been great to have a therapist undertake the beauty treatments. Treatments were very basic for premium package. Goody bag was a lovely idea but very sparse contents. However lovely ambience & service! My daughter enjoyed her experience.

Paula is an especially lovely and perfectionist therapist. I would recommend Paula without question, she is a true professional.
The prices aren’t the cheapest but can’t complain as the quality of the service is worth it.
