Popped in for a wash n blow dry. Helen is so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Got treated to a lovely neck & shoulder massage by James which was so welcome after a busy day. I left feeling on top of the world. I love my hair - thank you Helen!

I brought my daughter in for her first salon hair cut today, and Max made such a fantastic effort to make her feel comfortable. I’d booked online and hadn’t included a blow dry by mistake and he took the time to dry it too. My daughter’s hair looked beautiful, she’s had so many compliments!

Looked after extremely well. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and all the staff.

Love this salon, always friendly and professional. Helen is a miracle worker - natural dark ash brown to perfectly blended platinum balayage and not the slightest bit of ginger - VERY impressed. Aveda products they use here smell delightful - would recommend dry remedy!

I have recently been for my first waxing treatment at Pure Spa and must admit I was abit nervous before I arrived but there was no need - Paula was the perfect professional, extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. I had nothing to worry about, Paula made sure my treatment was comfortable and the results are fantastic! I have already booked in again. I am incredibly impressed by the whole experience and the extra effort that was made to make the appointment feel like a luxurious treat. Worth every penny! Thank you!

Great experience

I arrived for my hair appointment, and was greeted by a stylist I had never had before, I asked where my usual stylist was, and was told she had left! I don’t normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I thought I would.
It was bad enough that I hadn’t been told before I had arrived, that my stylist who I have had for the past 9 months has left. I was happy with my colour, but the blow dry I had, well I looked like I had been dragged through a hedge, when I left the salon! Is what my partner said who never normally comments on anything. I felt like the stylist was rushing as she was also doing someone else’s hair, and not taking her time. I then went to pay for my hair and was told I will charge you what you normally pay, as you wasn’t aware of your stylist leaving. I was then told that will be £90.50 !!! What I’ve only ever paid £67.00 so she said okay then. Umm felt like I was trying to be ripped off. It’s such a sham because I really like the salon and aveda products, but honestly what I had done today wasn’t worth the money!

Then had my hair coloured, cut and blow dry by Helen who I would highly recommend
