Best service ever

My first visit to the salon everyone was so lovely and friendly . The complimentary scalp and shoulder massage was very relaxing . Helen was lovely and I felt she really listened to what I wanted and I am delighted with my cut and blow dry.

Another fab experience. The staff that Angela has in her salon are second to none. They are the epitome of professionalism. Other salons could learn from you.

My first ever spray tan. Leanne was lovely and explained everything. Nice to see the salon welcomes new business - offering £10 off their next tan to the person who recommended them to me. I also got £10 off my tan and extra rewards if I tan again within a two month period. Tan is lovely, really pleased!

From the smiling faces that great you to the lovely shoulder massage and on to another brilliant colour treatment, cut and ow dry it always is a pleasure to go to Pure. I always look toward to it. Today i had the treat of a pedicure as well and I will definitely be doing that again. I always recommend Pure whenever the opportunity arises. Max is a great stylist.

Had my hair highlighted today so was in the salon for a while. I was immediately offered a drink and had a shoulder massage before the main event. Max is always welcoming and an excellent stylist and colourist. I had a hot stone massage whilst my hair was being conditioned. An enjoyable afternoon at a very relaxed and professional salon.

What a treat went in for a hair do and came out feeling like I'd been properly pampered..from the moment I walked in staff were friendly and very attentive, had to wait a very short time but was given a complimentary hand massage.
The products they used on my hair were great, so pleased with the colour of my highlights and the cut, my hair feels in better condition than it has in ages.

Super friendly staff , relaxing from the moment i walked in , no rush and the relaxation room is brilliant idea, ive been to a lot of spas that dont offer this level of excellence , i had the full body wrap and there was no rush, i felt properly looked after and Paula enjoyed her job i didnt feel like i was just another body to get through, brilliant communication and pampering Thankyou

Had a really good spray tan, made me feel super comfortable and chose me a shade that was dark but not too dark for me, all developed lovely and even with no patches!

Katie made me feel very comfortable, listened to what I was looking for and delivered! I am so pleased with my hair. Katie spent ages cutting and styling my hair and honestly I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Just the best blow dry ever. I’m looking forward to a return visit to do my colour.

James is very particular whilst colouring hair.
Offering a choice of products and services.
Taking his time to ensure all grey is covered.
His blowdry did take slightly longer tonight, but the results are always perfect.

Olivia made me relax straight away with a facial and hand massage. She is very serene and very calming. I then had a lovely manicure. James was very lovely and funny and gave me the most amazing hair treatment and beautifully curled my hair. Nearing my 50th it is a long time since I have felt so pampered and glamorous. Thank you Olivia and James for a wonderful afternoon.

I had full head of highlights and cut and i feel a millions dollars, all the staff are so friendly and even sat and had a chat while waiting for my colour to develop with other stylists and front of house with a hot chocolate! Mini hand and arm massage from james the apprentice was amazing and so relaxing! 10/10 salon look forward to my next visit

This salon not only looks great but everything about it from the moment you walk in is fantastic. I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation and knowledge I learnt from Carron. She provided a phenomenal service and was just the sweetest positive thinking woman. Lucky to have had her service today. Will definitely pay another visit and maybe this will become my regular salon. The aveda products used made my hair so radiant and fresh. The blow dry was more than I expected.
