This by far was the best wax I’ve received! From the moment you walk into the spa you’re walking into a calm atmosphere - which helps before a wax. The option of energising or calming wax ritual before and after was something new - I opted for calming and it really helped. Professional and quick service I’ll be returning in the future!

My name is Neiva, I’m 51/2 years old. I had a wonderful time, I was so happy. I even had my nails painted. I like Helen she made me the best hot chocolate Leanna was so funny, and I like the boss Angela. I love the salon. My hair felt soft and looked shiny.

As always a truly perfect result, my hair has never looked or felt so good.

Had eyelashes done ready for my wedding on Saturday. As always, Paula has done a lovely job with them - perfect for what I needed.

This was the first time I've been to the salon and I couldn't reccomend it enough. Everyone who works there is friendly and helpful, the salon is beautiful and they really cant do enough for you. I loved the little extras of massages... as a mom to a little one It made me feel so relaxed!
Carron has transformed my dull, tired looking hair into a gorgeous thick bob. She went over and above with me and was so friendly. Her advice and help with choosing the right colour and style was invaluable.

First of all i was 25 mins late, felt embarrassed, but Helen said not to worry, offered me drink and gave me nice relaxing massage on my head, neck and shoulders. Then she did my highlights. I asked her where she has got time to cut my hair, she did haircut and dried my hair. I am happy about colour, haircut, atmosphere and they way i have been treated! Pure has a great atmosphere. Always love getting my eyebrows done by Leanne. She never fails to Impress and the only person I will let touch them!

I had a chakra massage on Saturday. Leanne was amazing and I was totally relaxed after a terrible week. The chakra was so accurate and worth while.

Relaxing wonderful afternoon

Fantastico ........as usual.

Thank you for giving us the best party, ten little girls left the salon with beautiful hair, nails, makeup and massaged hands. The food was fabulous and party games added to the fun. The girls were overjoyed with their party bags. Ladies thank you so much for all the effort you put in, it was simply wonderful. Would highly recommend booking a party at Pure. The girls can't wait to come back and use their vouchers.

Visited last week with a friend,and as soon as I walked in I felt the warm,welcoming atmosphere of the salon.The staff are accomodating and absolutely wonderful.My stylist James was fantastic!, An absolute credit to the salon he listened to me and made me feel so comfortable and at ease felt totally pampered,I absolutely LOVE my hair and it's just the way I wanted and better.I will defiantly be returning, thank you James this was a big thing for me and you helped me through it X

As always Paula is excellent at doing my nails. Had shellac polish on my fingernails on 11 September and now it’s 27 September and they’re still fab!!

My first visit and I was very impressed with the whole salon. The staff were very friendly, the atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. I had a full head of highlights and a cut and finish. The best cut I’ve had in ages and I’m very pleased with the colour. I love the fact this salon is an Aveda salon because that means all the products are certified cruelty free. I think one of only a few hair colours to be awarded leaping bunny. I loved all the free massages on offer. I’ve found my new go to salon! Very very happy!

It was great as always from start to finish

The service was great. But one of the stylists and a customer were talking so loudly and ‘non stop’ that it was not very relaxing while waiting for the colour to develop

I had the best experience ever. She was gentle in understanding my reason for the treatment and we went through the best one for my situation giving me more info to make a choice. Had a really good experience having my haircut,especially enjoyed the scalp and shoulder massage,so relaxing. Very good cut,listened to everything I wanted and a great price.

I thought James was very thorough and educated. Didnt think for a minute he was a apprentice. He was very polite and does a great hand massage! Amanda on reception was very kind as well. Great service. The salon itself is really nice! So clean and well organised. I'll definitely be back.

Nice, clean salon with friendly staff and a lovely cup of tea! I take my six year old there for regular haircuts and he’s always looked after well with orange juice and nachos!

Complimentary shoulder massage on arrival relaxed by tenseness straightaway. Fab massage chair at sink too built on this. Everything Caron did today was perfect. Colour, cut, finish. Can’t wait to be back. Thank you.
