I have been coming to this salon for at least 20 years and have never had a bad experience. Today was no exception - Mush who is new was fabulous - amazing very experienced hair dresser, lovely manner and the best head massage I’ve ever had.

Always look forward to having my hair done, results are fantastic. During the consultation hey take time and check your hair on arrival make sure you are happy to go ahead. The aveda products are a wonderful natural nourishment and make your hair feel beautiful.

Fantastic 9th birthday party delivered for my daughter. Couldn’t have asked for more. Salon were so accommodating, girls were brilliant and my daughter and her friends were thoroughly pampered and had the best time. Highly recommend. Thanks so very much ???

Max cut my hair this evening and it was the perfect experience. Firstly the ability to book an evening appointment is great when you are short of time. Secondly, having a massage and a glass of wine makes the whole experience so much better after a stressful day. And finally having someone who is easy to talk to as well as being super talented just makes the whole hair cut perfect. Just what I needed, thank you so much!

Max cut the layers on my hair not the length as requested. Gave suggestions for growing out fringe and going lighter on my tints. Booked next appointment. Quick efficient service, bouncy shiny blowdry..accompanied by a nice chat !

Max cut his own fringe really short so had to get an emergency hair cut before his first day of school. They fitted us in straight away and the cut was perfect. Nice styling at the end too.

Carron is a brilliant hair cutter, knows exactly what I want. Such a lovely person too ?

I’ve had perms for years but never had a perm as good as what Angela did, I absolutely love it! I wouldn’t recommend anyone or anywhere else and I’ve been through a few,Angela is lovely and everything is done to high standards from hair care to customer service

I attended for a 60min stress fix treatment with Paula today and had the most amazing experience. I have been suffering with neck and shoulder pain and Paula went right to work on tackling those areas for me. She is so professional and the entire experience from start to finish transported me to a other world, I even nodded off at one point I was so relaxed. I would recommend Paula and this treatment to anyone wishing to experience peace, calm, relaxation and rejuvenation in a heartbeat!

Very satisfied with the treatment, Paula was pleasant and gave me advice about my nails which is going to be helpful.

My little girl and her friends had amazing time at her little pamper party ! Staff was really friendly and made girls feel very special ! The guy who's done girls plats was amazing and the lady who has done make up and nails been absolute fabulous! Very friendly ,chatty and positive ! Massive thank you for making ears piercing stress free for the little one ! Highly recommend! Thank you guys !

From the moment you walk into the salon until you leave you are welcomed, pampered and looked after. Fabulous atmosphere, wonderful staff and I always leave with beautiful hair. I highly recommend this salon.

Lovely friendly staff and good advice given, I only have 1 criticism which was the cut was for my 2 year old for the first time. We were 10 minutes early and we were nicely and quickly seated. My girl had about 4 cuts with the scissors and and we were finished and out the shop within 10 minutes of our visit. We were charged £16 for this which I thought was far too much for the time. Therefore we won’t be going again for her. They did tell me before hand the cost but I wasn’t expecting the short amount of time in the chair.
Also lovely little certificate to say it was here first cut.

Leanne was very thorough and explained the ear pearcing procedure clearly. She was very kind and made me feel at ease.

As my usual stylist was unwell I had the pleasure of an appointment with James this afternoon. Thank you for making it a great experience, I left the salon feeling so relaxed and my hair looked fabulous.

Fantastic service. Friendly & efficient, pierced my daughters ears & made her feel at ease straight away.

Really lovely staff. Helen was excellent piercing my 11 year old daughters ears. Would definitely recommend Pure to friends and family.

Had a last minute root tint before I went to Spain. Max cleverly lightend the front section slightly. Amandacwashed off the tint and blasted it off for me. Max has done a lovely job as usual and my hair feels really soft!
