What a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
My appointment was for my six weekly colour. It began with a fabulous free massage, I was then offered a choice of drinks from a drinks menu and then had my consultation with Angela to discuss my hair and colour.
Two hours later I emerged, fully pampered, refreshed and beautiful hair.

The staff make you feel very welcome and comfortable. Mosh was very pleasant and listened to my requests , also giving me advice.

The stylist did an in depth consultation at the start, comprehensively discussing what i wanted and how best to achieve this. He then proceeded to give me an amazing shoulder massage and head massage whilst washing my hair (continuously checking that water temperature was suitable).

I received a wonderful cut and the styling had me checking myself out in mirrors the whole way home…

He talked about available products but there was no hard sell like there is at some salons. He also gave some hair care tips for when I went home.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend to anyone.

First time visit. Was seated very quickly and give a complimentary hot drink. Mush was really nice and made me feel very relaxed. Even got a shoulder massage for a few minutes which was unexpected. He engaged in conversation and did a really good job with the hair. Will definitely be going back regularly as new to the area and loving the new look.

Max was able to put me at ease, and patiently worked out what hair style suited my needs. I am so pleased with how my hair now looks, thank you. I will be back!

I like this salon that’s way coming back for many years now. Service is always excellent. Aveda collar is less damaging then famous, well known brands.

I had two vouchers for my birthday. My massage and facial were absolutely wonderful.
Amanda told me all she was doing, but then let me float off into my own world to relax.

Can’t praise Max enough, not only was he so lovely and friendly, he had incredible attention to detail with both my highlights and hair shaping. He completely transformed a hair disaster done from another salon and worked his magic and had me leaving the salon with EXACTLY what I asked for, I absolutely love it! I can’t recommend Max enough! I was a new customer to the salon and will definitley be returning. Thank you so much Max.

Katie knows exactly what suits me and what my hair needs. I recently went for a shorter cut and am so very happy with the results.

I received a complete colour change and curly blow-dry from Abi yesterday. I was greeted with a pot of tea, consultation with Abi and Mush, followed by a fabulous head, neck and shoulder massage. Abi proceeded to transform my blonde hair to a warm and chocolatey brown with caramel streaks. Another very relaxing head massage during the shampoo and Mush took over for the cut. My first time with Mush, we had a good chat about how I wear my hair and what I wanted/hoped to achieve. He did exactly as requested and I am very happy. Back to Abi for a lovely bouncy hair dry. Highly recommended Model School excellent service at a reduced rate, whilst still having Max, Mush and Angela watching over.
