James is a very talented colourist and really tries to create a result that is in accordance with the client’s wishes.

The team are all so welcoming, I was very nervous as it’s my first spray tan. Abi was amazing. And my tan looks fabulous, just what I wanted. Will definitely be going back. Would recommend x

James had a bad start today..so I had a word with Karen, Ange then Jess massaged me and put my tint on.
James then came and highlighted the front of my hair. Abi washed it and recommended a treatment, as I'd just come back from Spain. James did me a bouncy blowdry. Pleased with my results.
The 3 bears were James, Jess and Abi.
All worked together really well!

The Pure team squeezed me in last minute as I forgot to book an appointment. They were so kind and accommodating on a busy weekend. The salon is welcoming and staff are friendly. Jane made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my treatment and I will definitely be returning again.

The shampooist had good conversation and provided a great service.

As always, a really lovely experience going to Pure Spa Salon. Had new therapist Jane (new to me that is) to do my nails. Really nice girl and my manicure was stress reducing and nails look lovely in a shellac bright pink. Will definitely be back to going to the Salon more frequently now that Covid restrictions easing. Today myself and my daughter had a hair cut. Helen was our stylist, she was amazingly friendly and professional. It has been a long time since I had a cut, her manner was calming and kind helping my anxiety. Whilst another female stylist I can’t recall the name wasn’t so friendly. As people we face many of life’s struggles and tragic paths, helen was kind and polite who greeted us so kindly and it meant a lot to us. Had interactions with all staff been as good we would have rated it higher. Sad to say it spoilt our long awaited appointment and experience.

Enjoyable experience. Carron is very pleasant and friendly. She coloured, cut and styled my hair extremely well and I’m very happy with the result.
