I always use Dan for my cut and Anna for my colour and I have never left disappointed.
Lovely genuine people and make me feel very welcome and looked after.

Love the colour however need to pop back for a t-section top up as colour didn't take on there very well. Overall happy with the service and such friendly staff!

All good for the four of us. But later when my husband went for the fourth appointment he was informed that the bill wasn't paid! Whereas we had paid for all three earlier appointments! That was rather embarrassing for us. The lady at the till had taken cash from me and probably didn't log it in.

I have been a customer of Toni and Guys for a number of years for Cut Colour. Anna the Colourist is the Best Ever - and Dan for Cutting and Blow Drying. I have lost count of the many times, when out socially, the numbers of ladies (often whom I do not know) compliment me on my hair. That about says it all ! Thank you, KMRP.

Usually use a different Toni&Guy and they are brilliant, as I live in Solihull thought I'd try my local salon. Colour was fantastic, but I was told I could not have anything cut off my hair as I was not a customer of theirs and I may not like how they cut it! I was sitting in the salon as a customer, very strange. Also the girl who blow dried my hair wasn't good, it was still wet and that became apparent to her when she attempted to straighten it, needing to take the hairdryer to it again. I will not use my local salon again.

Had appt with sarah on friday ..wanted to go alot shorter this time, as usual sarah made me feel at ease and explained how the cut would look and how to look after it ..always love my hair when i leave the salon! Makes me feel so good. Best ever! I wouldnt go anywhere else . Lovely friendly staff also and feel like im really looked after . Can never fault anything . Great service ..just the best!

Just had a lovely experience- my routine highlights /roots ( by darling Anna and cut back into manageable style and advice by Casper- always fun. I trust my hairdressers- this is a fab salon. Been a customer here since Summer 2000!

I couldn't ask for a better stylist off Lauren. Bubbly friendly and a fantastic stylist. I've never walked away feeling disheartened by a cut and colour from her. Couldn't recommend her enough.

Poppy does a great job and is the only hairdresser I've had who can straighten my hair just using the drier rather than straighteners. I find it very relaxing as she gets on with the job and doesn't rabbit on about where you're going on your holidays like most hairdressers I've had ?

As usual, all the staff at TONI&GUY Solihull make you feel really welcome. Sarah is always brilliant & all her staff a credit to her.

Terrible cut, not what I asked for and in the middle of emailing a complaint as I'm so upset and can't even look in the mirror without crying. I'm due a baby asked for it not to be cut short so I could still wear it up and now my hair doesn't even touch me shoulda and its has been hacked at. I stopped the stylist mid flow abut by that point she'd cut it off to it was too late. Just really fed up!

I love this salon. Have been going for a while now. From start to finish, it is a pampering experience. My haircut is lovely. The staff are extremely friendly and professional and it is an enjoyable and relaxing experience. My daughter loves going to T&G - from the hot chocolate on arrival to the pampering I would highly recommend it. Sarah the manager is so professional and runs a tight ship

Never got the stylist that I asked for when I booked. Not happy with the full head of highlights that I paid for as don't think they were worth the money I paid as don't notice them at all.

Been coming here for years, Anna is an excellent colourist, wouldn't go anywhere else for my colour. It would be nice if you offered more treatments, at Nicky Clarkes you can have a hair mask put on under a heater which is marvellous, so would be good to see T&G offer these kind of things.

My 6 year old boy needed a haircut so I went there and the staff were lovely and very friendly they pampered him , gave him a glass of orange juice and he was very happy with the result .th

This is the only salon I have ever returned to.

Previously, going to the hairdressers felt more like going to the dentist than something I wanted to repeat!

My hair is not the greatest - in quantity or quality - and I had never enjoyed going to the hairdressers- until I came here.

People made me feel welcome - on my first visit and every visit since. I had thought the salon might be too 'young and trendy' for me. But this is simply a professional salon run with consideration and excellent staff.

Emma is brilliant.
