Have had my (short) hair cut incredibly well by Nicola for years, I love the friendliness of all the staff, I always get offered a drink, and I always leave feeling uplifted

I had gone for the Tint & Regrowth color today. The color service was good, however, afterwards, I was left for almost an hour and no one checked when I am due for a wash ( The color only needs to be kept for 30 mins) Afterwards, my stylist left me with another lady to wash and blow dry my hair. Wash was fine, however blow dry was pathetic. I hated it and had to style my hair again after coming back home.

Excellent salon and very good service
However I have been told the prices will increase by 5 pounds which I find quite unreasonable
I don’t think a 20 percent increase in price can just happen overnight . This is very unusual
I am also a regular weekly customer and I expect regular customers to have some sort of compromise due to their loyalty to the salon.

Today Anna did my colour and as always she did a fantastic job, can thoroughly recommend. Emma usually colours my hair and she too is brilliant. If you need your a colour technician Toni and Guy Solihull has two that you will be more than Happy with. The beautiful Lauren cut my hair and I am always so happy with the results. Lauren has taken an every day Bob cut to another level and couldn’t be happier. I have complete trust in Lauren and would recommend her to every time. Thank you both x

I have been going to Toni and Guy for a number of years now. I make a point of not having the same hair stylist as when I have done this in the past they leave!
Today I had poppie, she knew what she was talking about, gave me great advice and tips on how to have my hair. And it looks great, had a load of compliments from people. Previously had Dan for a fringe trim and he did over and above, made my whole head look refreshed. Have also had Casper not so long ago who is also lovely. They make you feel a million dollars! Thank you

I always have s fabulous service at Toni and Guy Solihull. I have been going to the same Hair Salon for over 20 years! So that says it all!!

Lauren is just wonderful!
Not only gorgeous, really really good at her job but she also has the best sunny personality one could hope for when entering a salon.
I have been coming to T&G Solihull for 12 yrs and I have always been happy with the service (hence the 12yrs!).
However, Lauren makes me feel pampered and personally looked after, me, with my hair and my personality, not just “anyone” type of service.

I booked an appointment last minute on a whim to have a complete pool overhaul. Nicola was amazing. She listened to my ideas and put her creative spin on it, leaving me with a complete new and exciting look. If only I lived closer I’d be back every time. Fab experience from a visitor from London...

Sinead is by far the best hairdresser i have ever had, she's the only one who was able to achieve the grey hair i wanted! Lovely salon, very comfy, open and clean. All the staff are really friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Recently had my hair coloured and styled by Sinead, WOW! What an incredible job she has done! The colour is exactly what I wanted, it blends so well and her knowledge was 10/10! She got rid of my old horrible colour which I didn't think was possible. The attention to detail was something I've never experienced in any salon and she really took time and care into making my hair exactly what I wanted! Really enjoyed my experience there, all the staff were very friendly and easy to talk too, I was offered lots of refreshments and I will definetly be back. Highly recommend Sinead for colour! She's brill X

I had art director Dan and from start to finish he was very professional he talked me threw a style to suit me , I explained my hair in bad condition due to a illness and he talked me threw what would put hair back to good condition it was amazing I feel amazing with my new cut and I’ve booked in for soft tones to enlighten my new look thankyou very much fabulous hair salon and I will definitely be returning

I’d made a real mess of my hair through a couple of botched dye jobs and Anna at Toni and a Guy sorted it out for me beautifully. I couldn’t be happier with the results and all the staff were so lovely. Awesome place. Anna is the best!!

Staff were amazing really friendly and knowledgeable. I was booked for Nicky but ended up having Lauren and my daughter was booked with someone too and she ended up with someone else too. It didn't matter though because my hairdresser wad really good and gave excellent advice she was really good too even the lad who washed my hair was great. The toilet was sparkly clean too.

Popped into Tony & Guy late afternoon today, I hadn’t booked & I managed to be given an appointment with Jodie, Stylist!! I can truly say it’s restored my faith in hairdressers after having not been to a salon for many many years! Jodie was so helpful, understanding and friendly! She’s done an amazing job, I love my hair! All the staff are very friendly, & the atmosphere is laid back, chilled very professional.

My first time at Toni and Guy bought for me by my lovely boyfriend... Casper my stylist was fantastic he did a great job with my hair, really nice friendly stylist would totally go back and recommend him to anyone else nothing was too much trouble

Although it was a Saturday, I was offered appointment the same day with Dan, who did an excellent cut and blow dry,and also thanks to Josh who washed my hair. All staff were kind friendly, and courteous, and also made a lovely cup of coffee.A very relaxing experience. Definitely recommend this branch of Toni and Guy

This was my first time in Toni and Guy Solihull as I’ve recently moved up from London. My Hairdresser Casper made the whole experience better. He knew exactly what I wanted and I trusted him! I loved the atmosphere and will be returning.

1st time at Tony and Guy Solihull, very impressed, had Poppy who was lovely and very talented, I will definitely be back ?

Lovely service , lovely stylist.. unfortunately I had my bouncy blow dry at 2pm today and it’s already fallen out.. i am out for the evening and no time left to rectify this... not worth £25.

I registered and booked on line for a cut and blow dry with stylist lauren. Great consultation she listened to me and my concerns about my hair. Her knowledge and advice was good. We talked about hair colour and I will definately be booking with lauren again for my cut and colour. Highly recommended. Thanks lauren my hair cut was brilliant and the finish was exactly what I wanted.

I have been in a slump and needed a haircut desperately. I saw Poppy who gave me the exact cut I wanted. I showed her two pictures and she nailed it! So happy I found her!

First time I'd used you for a full cut , not disappointed . Would recommend ?

Colourist could not be bothered to show me the colour book to choose my hair colour- just did a rushed consultation as if she couldnt wait to get rid of me! I then find out shes given me a permanent colour without even asking me- i wanted semi-permanent as its better for the hair. Finally i was allowed to walk out with dye on my face and behind my ears. Awful service! What made it worse is that the colourist was not even new- she had been doing the job for years- i just felt like she couldnt be bothered.

Girl cutting my hair was better. She talked me through the cut and allowed me to select what style i wanted. Happy with her service.
