Brought my 15 year old daughter for a textured cut and blow dry and I now have a very happy daughter indeed! Rommi was very attentive seemed not to rush me and spoke to me throughout the consultation. Rommi talked to me through the process and explained what was happening. She chose a suitable colour and was really happy with the outcome. My hair is very thick and hard to blow dry it takes literally ages. I was so impressed as to Rommi's technique of blow drying. Overall excellent service and very pleased with the service and colour.

As usual an excellent cut and style but was very disappointed with the visit. We were late getting started and my stylist was called away to do other things on at least six occasions without even an apology. I felt like I was an afterthought and less important than other clients or tasks - even to the point of doing a skin test in the middle of my blow dry on another client. I the 3 years I have been a client this is the first time this has happened.
