I'm 33 weeks pregnant and the massage was just what I needed to relax and feel revitalised! Plus i now i have the softest skin! Great atmosphere and the ladies there are super friendly! Will definitely be going back and trying more treatments.

The customer service is excellent, staff are friendly and professional. Lots of treatments to choose from and I always leave pleased. My oxblood nails look fabulous!!

Treated myself to a full body exfoliation and back/neck/shoulder massage - I love Decleor products so,it was like heaven. The therapists are very kind and knowledgeable, with excellent skills. The salon is a little hidden gem and also an oasis of soothing tranquility. I came out feeling very relaxed and my skin is still lovely and soft a few days afterwards - will be going back very soon and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to spoil themselves, without breaking the bank.

I've visited The essentials several times now and love the relaxed friendly atmosphere in there. I had a mini manicure this morning and am delighted with it! Big thank you to Megan - you've done a fab job! I will definitely be continuing to go here and would recommend it to others ????

I visited the coleshill store to have calgel and shellac and I received excellent customer service and the lady did an amazing job and I am so happy with them.

I had a relaxing aromatherapy massage and wrap today. To say it was wonderful is an understatement. It was simply amazing. Andrea was delightful and made me feel totally at ease.
I left feeling so relaxed and stress free. I would highly recommend it to anyone

The Mum to Be treatment was an ideal, relaxing treat during pregnancy. The back and leg massage helped ease pregnancy aches and pains and the facial left me with glowing skin. I would highly recommend!

The Essentials provides excellent treatment, friendly staff, and a warm welcome that's why I have been going there for years. Sadie did my manicure and shellac yesterday and my nails look amazing.

Booked in for a wrinkle eraser facial really enjoyed it felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin was glowing..Staff were very friendly would def recommend

Having found a last minute child-free hour to myself I managed to get an appointment for a full body massage at very short notice. I was not disappointed. I received a very warm welcome followed by a massage in a lovely, cosy room where the pressure was just perfect. Thank you!

I have never had a Hollywood until today and found the experience not as bad as I thought the lady I was with was very good and made me feel completely at ease

Been in today to have my nails done and was very disappointed when the colour I wanted wasn't available for me to have. Glad to say though Sadie sorted me out and sent me away a happy bunny

This is the second time I have been to this salon for waxing and I would definitely recommend them. Very professional, friendly and do a thorough job

Went to the new Coleshill salon, which is lovely. My treatment was amazing and as ever the staff were so friendly. Have booked to go back again. Love visiting. Emma was fabulous.
