On the whole lovley facial, however could hear people outside at different points of the treatment meaning I couldn't relax as much.

I have never had a facial before but Megan at Essentials soon put me at ease. She recommended a Decleor Aromessence facial and it was amazing. As well as a facial there was a back, neck, arm and hand massage which was so relaxing. The products used smelt beautiful and hours later my skin still feels soft and supple. I can't wait to go again.

I love this place! It's always so friendly, the treatments are excellent value and the staff are all equally talented. I have been to other salons and had my nails done but these are the best in terns of how long they last. I love the whole experience in the salon, now I've never actually watched loose women but I know the concept of the show and it has that feel in Essentials! Everyone joins in the conversation and has a view and I never want to leave! I always come away thinking I must go back there more often! Great salon, fantastic staff and great value!

Very good i had problems with my thumbs they had broken quite badly but amy filed them down without any pain love the new colour

Facial with Megan wonderful, unfortunately she was unable to do my eyebrows very disappointed the girl took all of 5mins uneven and tint a mess,will return but I shall book with Megan or Amy

Yesterday was my first caci non-surgical face lift and my skin already looks and feels so much better! I have booked a course of 10 and am really looking forward to seeing more in my skin. The therapists are extremely helpful and knowledgable. They recommended this facial for my skin type and they were spot on. I would never go anywhere else for treatments...5 star service everytime

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and the massage was just what I needed to relax and feel revitalised! Plus i now i have the softest skin! Great atmosphere and the ladies there are super friendly! Will definitely be going back and trying more treatments.

Treated myself to a full body exfoliation and back/neck/shoulder massage - I love Decleor products so,it was like heaven. The therapists are very kind and knowledgeable, with excellent skills. The salon is a little hidden gem and also an oasis of soothing tranquility. I came out feeling very relaxed and my skin is still lovely and soft a few days afterwards - will be going back very soon and would highly recommend to anyone wishing to spoil themselves, without breaking the bank.

I've visited The essentials several times now and love the relaxed friendly atmosphere in there. I had a mini manicure this morning and am delighted with it! Big thank you to Megan - you've done a fab job! I will definitely be continuing to go here and would recommend it to others ????

The Mum to Be treatment was an ideal, relaxing treat during pregnancy. The back and leg massage helped ease pregnancy aches and pains and the facial left me with glowing skin. I would highly recommend!
