Had my nails done 31st may with the lovely Ellie. My first time with her and she was brilliant. I usually have nail art with Emma or Andrea, but Ellie done my tiger nails perfectly. She was very friendly, professional and listened to what I wanted. Would not hesitate to use her again. Thank you Ellie.

I have been going to The Essentials for a number of years now having various treatments. Nicole is a great therapist always friendly and super knowledgeable. The rest of the team always make you feel really welcome I love our chats and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

So, being waxed is not the most plesant experience in the world, but Emma and the team make you welcome and relaxed from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave.
Ive been a customer for years and would never go anywhere else now.

As usual an excellent experience on Thursday at Esssentials, Castle Bromwich. Ellie always manages to sort out my crazy colour choices in Shellac on my fingers and toes. Always very relaxing to be pampered with treatments and Tina's tea. Thanks everyone.
