Had a lovely treatment with Amy today and came home feeling 10 years younger! Can’t believe how effective this treatment is, I’ve even been asked if I’ve had Botox!!

Friendly service. Makes you feel at home. Very professional and exceeds your expectations. Love my nails. Also knows exactly how dark I want my eyebrows tinted. Recommend this salon to everyone.

Loved my facial with Nicole, I felt totally relaxed and pampered. Nicole was super professional and really friendly, already booked for my next one!

I had my nails and eyelashes done. Nails we’re fine, eyelashes have all fallen off within 5 days. I recieved no aftercare advice until I asked when paying. Therapist wasn’t bothered about speaking to me at all. Service was okay at best. Very disappointed.

Fantastic Decleòr facial using the new rose range by Emma. I came out feeling relaxed, my skin is super soft and my stress simply melted away thanks to Emma’s warm and caring personality.

Amazing nails by Ellie as always! Love the colour with little bit of sparkle - perfect!

Despite giving Emma a near heart attack last night, I changed my nail designs at last minute and as I could not decide which option to go with I went with both. They are stunning as always. Really thrilled with the 2 designs I chose and Emma executed them beautifully. Happy New year happy nails.

Emma is excellent, as are the other therapists I have seen.
Emma always does a great job, fab customer service, friendly and relaxed environment.

Professional and friendly service

I had my eyebrows waxed earlier on and although they've came out ok, the person doing them pushed on my eyelashes a bit which have just been lifted a couple of days ago and now they seem to be a bit flatter. I also asked for a thread and i double checked on the phone to make sure that was what id have and I called half hour before my appointment to ask about changing but then decided to keep it to today but then she said by the way the person doing your eyebrows cant thread them and can only was because the original person doing them is ill this week. So although i understand she's ill, someone should have called me to let me know earlier. I wanted a thread. But then I still had to pay full price which annoyed me a bit.

Ellie was wonderful today, not only do my nails and eyebrows look amazing a she also managed to make my little girls day by doing her matching sparkly nails!!

Looking forward to booking another treatment in New Year.

I’d never had an intimate wax before, and never been to this salon before. However Nicole was amazing, the conversation just flowed and she done really well distracting me. The pain wasn’t as bad as I was expecting and I was talked through everything to reassure me. I would and most likely will be visiting the salon again, and would be more than happy to have Nicole look after me. Thank you.

This is the first time I had been to Essentials, following a recommendation by friends. I was immediately put at ease my Amy. Everything was explained and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
