Salon was very clean and bright with well stocked magazines in waiting area.

A wonderful pedicure with shellac upgrade today with the lovely, friendly Mesha. She was so customer focused, has a great sense of humour, readily making me feel comfortable and relaxed as a direct result. I would highly recommend this treatment and the lovely clean, bright surroundings along with the very nice and welcoming staff - first class!

Had my nails done yesterday for my holiday and so very pleased with them. I showed Andrea a picture of what I wanted and she made them even better. Everyone is commenting how lovely my nails are. Fantastic salon with fantastic staff. I highly recommend both salons.

I went to the Coleshill salon today to try the new Caci system. I had decided to give the jowell lift a go as that is the area I dislike the most. Emma talked me through everything she was doing, step by step. The treatment was a little tingly but not uncomfortable and my face felt a little warm after. My husband was in the car waiting and didn’t know what I had gone in for. He noticed the difference straight away and I must say I was really impressed with how my face looked more contoured , and for want of a better word ‘plumped’. I can’t wait to try the full facial lift next time ! Thank you Emma once again an amazing treatment from an amazing therapist.
