Perfect treatment after a long week at work to hide the dark circles as well as helping me to relax (even when my mobile phoning is continuously ringing in the background lol). Nicole always goes that extra mile, even chilled my mask prior to my appointment ?

Booked a last min slot in with Sarah to have my nails done, shop has a lovely atmosphere, lots of chats and laughs... Sarah did a fantastic job making sure I was comfortable, offered a drink and then worked magic with my nails as they are in poor condition from excessive biting - really happy thank you!! X

As I’m unable to wear mascara this treatment is perfect ! My lashes always look long , healthy and a fabulous black colour , it lasts myself about 6/8 weeks , have been having this treatment for a year now and I will continue to do so x

Sarah who I believe is new to essentials and Emma did my nails and they were lovely! Sarah, who I had never had do any treatment for me before, was lovely she was so welcoming and calming. I have a new found respect for Emma as I saw her in a new light supporting a member of staff she was so knowledgeable and yet so supportive she totally blew me away! Together they made a very overdue visit so calming and relaxing and I was very tense before going. Thank you both so much!
