Absolutely love Emma and The essentials salon. Very professional and such a good range of services offered. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I have waxing, facials and massages here all of which were fantastic. I have a very low pain threshold when it comes to waxing but Emma always makes me feel at ease, can definitely recommend the lycon wax for bikini area, it’s much nicer to your skin, less painful and I get much better results than the strip wax. I have been coming here for over 2 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommended.

First time visit. Lovely welcome and an amazing back, shoulder and neck massage. Amy checked the pressure was to my liking and it felt very thorough and relaxing. Couldn’t keep my eyes open when I got home! Would definitely recommend ????

Fabulous massage today with Laura. Was sooooo relaxing.... I didn want it to end.

I see Nicole every month for my maintenance CACI at Castle Bromwich she always delivers an outstanding service. The room is always well prepared and warm with a soft comfy blanket on top of the towels. It is such a lovely relaxing experience and one which I look forward to every month. Nicole always makes me feel welcomed and relaxed and always let's me catch up on some much needed rest particularly when I see her after my night shifts ???? xxxx

I visit Amy every month to work on tension in my shoulders and back. She has magic hands and I always feel relaxed and de-stressed after each session. I can’t rate her highly enough.
