Andrea today went above and beyond to create my Christmas wedding nails. I love them and as usual Andrea did herself and Essentials proud. I know I am always in the very capable hands of Andrea when I go to my appointment. She is a true superstar. I cannot wait for Andrea to do my wedding nails.

I thoroughly enjoyed my relaxing pedicure. Amy and her colleagues were so friendly (this was my first time at Coleshill salon). Amy pampered and massaged my feet then expertly painted my nails and although Coleshill don't have the pedicure sinks like Castle Bromwich salon, the foot spa was lovely. All in all the whole experience was great and I will certainly be back! Thank you!

All staff were so friendly and made me and my mom feel extremely welcome. Would definitely recommend and already booked in for more treatments!

Had a lovely afternoon getting my nails done. Laura changed the shape of my nail and did a before and after photo. Had a lovely design on my nails. Laura also talked about the other treatments and I am looking forward to getting my eyelashes done. Staff welcoming and chatty as always. Lovely salon

Working from home on my computer gives me so much tension in my shoulders but Amy has the solution. Deep shoulder and back massage once among really does the trick!

Sarah Ann made me feel so relaxed and calming as I was a little nervous of having my eyelashes lifted I was a bit agitated to be honest but Saran Ann was so caring and made me feel really relaxed, she done an amazing job on my eyelashes as being on HRT Sarah did advise that they may not lift due to my medication but I still wanted to go ahead with it and they turned out beautifully lifted & a lovely black tint I am very pleased, also had a wax treatment and I’m thrilled with the results, I have rebooked ? for same treatment for September ? thank you so much Sarah Ann x x

Laura is an utter professional. Put me at ease throughout what can be quite and uncomfortable and embarrassing experience (Hollywood) and I have to say it was over so quickly I couldn't believe it. Really made up for a previously bad experience and I am very much back on the Hollywood band wagon! Thanks Laura

Absolutely gorgeous. Visited Laura at the Coleshill salon for a KD facial. Had a natter with Ange too. Always so friendly and welcoming. The facial was bliss as always. My only complaint is that time goes too fast!! This was just what I needed.x

Sarah-Ann is amazing, always does a fab job of my eyebrows. Can’t recommend her enough! The girls at the Castle Brom branch are so welcoming, I have low confidence and have always struggled walking through the doors of any beauty places, the girls here make me feel welcome and comfortable from the start xx
