Laura always does an amazing job at all treatments she does, and always shared her knowledge and recommendations. Love my nails each and every time even more so this week.

Had waxing with Emma and I loved how quick and thorough she was . Emma gave me tons of information regarding aftercare too and my legs ? are 100% “holiday ready “

Facial was very relaxing and my skin feels really nourished I really enjoyed it and will be trying others to see which one I prefer i think these will fit in nicely alongside my caci treatments.

Sarah Ann made me feel so relaxed and calming as I was a little nervous of having my eyelashes lifted I was a bit agitated to be honest but Saran Ann was so caring and made me feel really relaxed, she done an amazing job on my eyelashes as being on HRT Sarah did advise that they may not lift due to my medication but I still wanted to go ahead with it and they turned out beautifully lifted & a lovely black tint I am very pleased, also had a wax treatment and I’m thrilled with the results, I have rebooked ? for same treatment for September ? thank you so much Sarah Ann x x

Laura is an utter professional. Put me at ease throughout what can be quite and uncomfortable and embarrassing experience (Hollywood) and I have to say it was over so quickly I couldn't believe it. Absolutely gorgeous. Visited Laura at the Coleshill salon for a KD facial. Had a natter with Ange too. Always so friendly and welcoming. The facial was bliss as always. My only complaint is that time goes too fast!! This was just what I needed.x

I have had a wonderful day of pampering in the company of Sarah. Firstly an eyebrow tidy then pedicure (so relaxing) with a lovely colour from so many to choose from the the grand finale was a bespoke facial being introduced to the Katherine Daniels range which was super relaxing (I could have quite easily had a snooze) Thanks again Sarah it was most enjoyable x

Just had the lava stone massage today absolutely loved it. The heat went deep into muscles and I feel so relaxed and my aches have lessened. Thank you Sarah I will be back.

I had two appointments today with Amy and Laura. Amy did my Katherine Daniels facial and as always it was fantastic! My skin is looking really clear and having these monthly facials makes a huge difference.
I then had shellac toes with Laura and it was lovely to chat with her. Laura is always very professional and has a great knowledge of beauty therapy and offering products she has used herself and work well!
I love the loyalty points scheme as well and was able to use mine to buy some products that I’m excited to try out!!
Always a lovely treat each month and I can’t wait to be back next month!!

Rang for an emergency appointment as I had damaged a nail between appointments. Was quickly sorted with no fuss and is as good as new. Was very pleasantly surprised with no charge which is fantastic customer service. Thank you
