First time back for 15 months..Tina met me at door..very cheery and welcoming..Laura called me over to table..and started my shellac nails..very relaxed..love my nails..then had eyebrow shape..another relaxing treatment..have booked Laura again..lovely and relaxing.xx??

Amy did an amazing job on my fingernails and toes. It is always a pleasure to catch up with the staff. They are such a lovely bunch ?. They always make me feel welcome. and pampered!!

Never in my 56 years have I had a manicure, but I have now & they look amazing ?

Just had the lava stone massage today absolutely loved it. The heat went deep into muscles and I feel so relaxed and my aches have lessened. Thank you Sarah I will be back.

Another lovely visit to the salon in Coleshill today. Amy did Shellac on my nails.and did a fabulous job as always. The atmosphere in the salon is always so warm and friendly. All the girls are so helpful and kind. The salon itself is always so clean and COVID safe, I would highly recommend to anyone. See you soon x

I had two appointments today with Amy and Laura. Amy did my Katherine Daniels facial and as always it was fantastic! My skin is looking really clear and having these monthly facials makes a huge difference.
I then had shellac toes with Laura and it was lovely to chat with her. Laura is always very professional and has a great knowledge of beauty therapy and offering products she has used herself and work well!
I love the loyalty points scheme as well and was able to use mine to buy some products that I’m excited to try out!!
Always a lovely treat each month and I can’t wait to be back next month!!

Rang for an emergency appointment as I had damaged a nail between appointments. Was quickly sorted with no fuss and is as good as new. Was very pleasantly surprised with no charge which is fantastic customer service. Thank you

Great lovely facial and relaxing experience , staff very helpful and good knowledge of the products and listen to your concerns lovely atmosphere and very good with covid form and sanitiser and seating arrangements inside and outside well done girls x

I’ve had my first age defence facial and I can thoroughly recommend it. I have sensitive skin so tend to worry about products as hadn’t had a facial before, Emma talked about the products and how she was using them at length. It was a really relaxing experience from start to finish and my skin feels amazing! I have now swapped all of my skin products over to Katherine Daniels and will be continuing with facials on a regular basis, a little bit of me time! Thanks Emma!
