Always makes you feel comfortable, a beauty setting is always something I have struggled with. Not at Essentials Castle Brom. All the girls are so welcoming and friendly! From someone who suffers quite bad with anxiety all I can say is Thankyou!

Had a double appointment today. 1 with Emma, the other with Scarlett. Both were very professional. Salon very clean and well stocked. Very efficient. I decided to have an extra treatment and they were able to fit me in. Very happy customer. Well done everyone !
