I can’t thank or recommend Gemma enough! She made me feel so comfortable and her service was unreal. The colour and cut was perfect and iv received so many compliments. She was so friendly and listened to what I wanted and made sure she achieved it. From blonde hair to the perfect ash brown, looking forward to going back to her!

My stylist name is not there, so this is for Skye. My hair looks and feels amazing. A resent convert to Regis New Street. But have now made it my regular hair salon, after many many years elsewhere.. Skye is a perfectionist, she takes her time and cannot do enough for me. Looking forward to my next visit.

Came in on a one of as I just wanted my hair curled 2 different hairdressers were fully booked so I tried Regis they were full but was able to for me in for a quick style and honestly the curls lasted 2 day’s possibly more but I washed my hair! So definitely recommend was amazing service and paolo was so lovely ?

She's an absolute hair genius! Dalel has an extraordinary knack for creating fabulous haircuts and is awesome with colour too. Professional, friendly, and immensely talented and in a really welcoming friendly salon - I won't go anywhere else now, it's worth travelling, very happy customer!

It was amazing from start to end. It is the second time I go and always getting 100% from Paolo and amazing results.

After having a detailed consultation with Dalel, I felt confident she knew how to do the highlights for Asian dark hair. They were very accommodating with a date to have highlights, roots, cut and protein treatment done. Even called me up to offer an earlier date where they had cancellations. Dalal has been doing my hair for a few years now and always delivers the best service.
I had not visited for about 10 months so my hair was a bit of mess colour wise.
Dalal with her expertise spent time on my hair and did an apsolute amazing job.
I definately would say Dalal goes above and beyond everytime. A very talented hair dresser.

Atmosphere friendly and homely. Catherine super organised and always so cheerful. Great stylist very creative and really loved my colour today. Sad she is leaving the Birmingham salon but wish her well at the Merryhill Regis.
