Paolo is excellent. Always pleasant and I feel I get good cuts and colour is important. Surprised there were no Christmas decorations in the salon.

Paolo is always accommodating and squeezes me in last minute. Paolo makes my hair feel and look amazing. Always paying attention to detail and remembering how I prefer my cut and styling. I am always left feeling happy with the service from start to finish!

I always go to Dalel iv been to loads if different hair stylists but now iv found Dalel I will not go anywhere else
She wasn’t available last time I needed a cut and blow so went local in desperation as was going out I’m not saying I didn’t like it but no where near as good as Dalel she takes her time and you can just tell it’s going to be really special with Dalel when you walk out the salon you just feel so good

I had a great experience at this branch. From the moment Karen washed my hair ( extremely relaxing and therapeutic…just what I needed), to when I had the actual haircut by the stylist Skye, who, literally saved my hair and made it look healthier.

Delal is by far the most talented hairdresser I have ever met. I am her client and I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome at the salon. I would not trust anyone but her. Her knowledge on colour and up to date techniques makes me feel so confident about the end results and she never fails me with the end results. I get so many compliments about my hair colour and people are always amazed how blonde I become without compromising my hair. I trust Delal’s judgement and advice and I know that she takes a lot of pride in her work. She deserves an award for her dedication, commitment and of course her hairdressing skills. I got a full hair color done by Gemma. She was amazing at understanding what I wanted, talking about different options, and telling me what each choice would look like. Talking to her about my hair was easy and helpful. I'm really happy with how it turned out, just like we talked about.
Plus, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience.
I've had haircuts from Gemma before, and they stayed looking good for a long time.

Paulo also does an amazing job on my hair. He is super professional and a really perfectionist. It’s clear he takes great pride in his work and is very good at it. He is also very friendly and great to chat with.

I have been Dalel’s customer since 2007 and it has always been a plaesure getting my hair done by her. She is so committed to her work and i see the passion in her each time i get my hair done by her. I must mention her attention to detail as i get my roots done every month and i feel confident that she does a thorough job. Love her work.

I’ve had an appointment for a nano keratin and colour. Dalel was incredibly helpful and professional. First, I’ve had a consultation where she advised me on getting the right treatment and colour. Then, due to my other appointment she offered to come earlier (before the salon opens) just to make sure I will make it on time. Very energetic and positive person. I am happy with the service I have received from her and would definitely recommend it to a friend. Thank you!

Besides doing a phenomenal job with my hair-highlights/cut & blow dry, he was attentive, charming and very thoughtful. My appointment today was an absolute pleasure and I couldn't recommend him highly enough-I will definitely book with him again. I wish him every success-he surely deserves it and fingers and toes crossed for 25th.

Amazing service and perfect atmosphere in the salon. Everyone is really polite, Paolo in particular is amazing, always in time with his appointment and the results is always outstanding.

Daley is wonderful I have been going to Daley for a long time and she is the best , along with Karen who is so welcoming, only thing wrong is the decor is a bit shabby, when you go into a salon you expect that it is top notch but unfortunately it does need painting and sprucing up.

The best salon I been to Dalel is the best stylist can't fault her work at all I recommend her. Staff at the salon so kind welcoming and polite they offer your drink such as tea, coffee, hot chocolate water. I had a full head colour highlight cut blow dry and Delel did an amazing job outstanding.

Dalel is so totally professional. She is very much in demand and very precious to her clients. I am amazed how hard she works. Karen gives such a lovely welcome. I very much value my monthly visits to Dalel

What can I say. I am totally amazed at how awesome Dalel has transformed my hair. I have been coming to Dalel for nearly two years now. However, since January I decided to save money and box dye my hair, myself. Which resulted in my hair being a multitude of colours. Dalel worked her magic and made me look and feel 10 years younger. I would never go to another stylist, as she knows exactly what colour would suit my complexion and makes me feel absolutely awesome about myself.

Once again Dalel , who never ceases to amaze me , has washed, cut and blow waved my hair to perfection!! Wonderful job done thank you Dalel.
