Elyssha went out of her way to sort out a unit for me. She was her usual lovely, friendly, helpful self. The girls on reception were friendly. Annie, who I met with in her office, was helpful and friendly.

I discovered Optima last year and wish that I had found it earlier. I've had two hair systems styled by the lovely Eylssha who is so capable, caring and patient. I am delighted with my hair, people tell me that it looks really natural. Pete is great and makes you feel really special.

I always look forward to my regular visits to optima. As soon as you go through the door, you experience the positivity, friendliness and care displayed by the whole team. For me it's more than a visit to get my hair sorted, it's a catch up with great people and a real escape from the day to day rat race of life. The whole experience with Optima is the best, I can see from reviews on here so many people say the same but I can also see a couple of moaners , from someone who has tried most of the companies out there they don’t know the difference between a caring company and a rip off company , Optima are so kind and caring and Karen leads the way with her unbeatable skills .

I'll never forget the day I had to remove my hair unit due to health issues. It was a devastating blow. The world felt darker, and I retreated into a shell. But Optima was there, a beacon of light in the darkness. They listened, understood, and reassured me, reminding me that when I was ready, they would be waiting with open arms.

Every level of service is amazing, the girls at reception are polite and a great first point of contact, making me feel welcomed and relaxed, the my stylist went out of her way to accommodate me, I was extremely early for my appointment. Claire came from her break in order to get me sorted and back on the road for my long journey home.
The whole process makes you feel a million dollars and my stylist made the experience comfortable, relaxing and fun.
