Amazing experience since I had my hair replacement system at Optima with stylist Karen. I feel like my old self and so much more happier, my confidence has returned. A big thanks to Pete, Karen and Annie, the aftercare is second to none, nothing is too much trouble. Also the reception girls are so helpful and friendly, can't thank them enough.

She trimmed my prehistoric Barnet with precision, straightened the chaos, and listened to my Crow-fuelled monologues like a true salon survivor. Her dino facts? Ferocious. Her styling? Optima-my eternal monthly salon sanctuary since 2013 (yes, I’m ageing like a fine wine 🤣)

This round, Stylist Supreme Fotini banished the heatwave havoc and ironed out my curls into silky gothic sleekness. But now I’m torn, do I keep it smooth like MJ in Smooth Criminal, or let the curls bounce like Thriller on a stormy night? Hair decisions shouldn’t be this hard? Should they?

Pete, the grandmaster of the mane magic, still conjures elegance despite life’s trials. Wishing you healing vibes and just a bit of stealth if you're ever caught moonwalking or anything else at a Coldplay gig... or was it Backstreet Boys? Either way, keep the fedora low old chap!

To the whole Optima crew, you're the reason my barnett's in a constant state of fabulous confusion. God bless you all!

Amber was friendly, professional and explained everything she did. Listened as I said unit was lifting again at front side n back. She said it’s happened a couple of times now so she must have looked me up or another stylist informed her. Amber did four patch test for me for different glues, due to lifting happening quite often this past year. Amber also offered me advice as I mentioned this particular unit always seemed to be dry and looks like straw x I
Purchased the iO spray and she said she always uses Paul Martin conditioner. Which I have some at home. Would I have Amber again, I most definately would. I do have her for my next appointment also, which I was pleased with.

It's like visiting family (sometimes crazy too 🤪 ) from the first meeting with Annie and Pete guiding me through how they could help me ive loved every appointment, my confidence has grown and grown i look like me again, and Jade well I can't thank you enough. First time I’ve had Catherine, she was pleasant and professional in every way, from asking and listening to me with regards to problem with lifting of unit at the front, she then sorted it, by asking and informing me what she would do to sort it. Would have no qualms of requesting my further appointments with. Catherine. Reception staff as always, helpful and courteous and save me a disabled parking space for my appointments. Anne was as always considerate and helpful with my future order for units.

The hospitality and welcome was great as usual by the girls on reception and Amber prepped me up before Elyssha applied the unit. Totally flawless and great conversation. It was worth travelling a 200 mile round trip. Wish you guys all the best success for the rest of the year.

I had’t met Catherine before. Such a lovely stylist. I was very comfortable throughout. I have to praise Pete and Karen for their great care always. I have been going to Optima about 16 years now and I only have praise for every member of staff that I have met with. From receptionists to stylists. Past and present.

I discovered Optima last year and wish that I had found it earlier. I've had two hair systems styled by the lovely Eylssha who is so capable, caring and patient. I am delighted with my hair, people tell me that it looks really natural. Pete is great and makes you feel really special.
