All of the staff here are awesome. But Deonne is always happy to see you and makes you feel fantastic!

Went to its science with muddy hair after a charity mud run and well I came out as if I'd been given a new head of hair! This salon is amazing they treat you like your someone special and all so friendly and welcoming you'd swear you've known them years. By far the best salon around and they are all hair wizards.

Absolutely amazing! The salon never fails to do outstanding work from the moment you walk in to moment you leave they treat you like your something really special and instantly feel like friends you've known for years! The service you get for your hair well mine felt like a new head of hair they are honestly magic with their hands!

Got my Hair Color done today ,simply loved the tone .Both Ryan and Deonne made sure that the color was exactly what I had in mind .Just perfect. And what a lovely team they are ! Ryan is simply amazing so helpful he just knew what I was thinking every time.And Deonne is so lovely , sincere with her work . Thanks guys , hope to see you again very soon .

This place always gives me a relaxed feeling as you sit around the table with everyone else & no barriers between us! Gemma is very attentive to everyone and very knowledgeable about her art! I trust her completely :-)

The best salon I have ever visited. You feel comfortable and at ease as soon as you walk through the door... no awkward small talk or staring at yourself in the mirror. The staff are so genuine and friendly that it’s just a lovely experience from start to finish... and of course you are sure to leave with fantastic hair!!

Love the salon the best I’ve been to ! Feel fab going here you all treat me like a normal human being which is great because in some salons if your not the typical super beauty they look down on you ! Grace is amazing very helpful very caring and my hair is always lush ! All the other staff chat to you as well love it ! It is very unique place this is what Swansea has needed love it

This is my second time going to Its Science, and this time was purely for maintenance of my hair, compared to last time, where we completely changed my hair!

The entire salon is beautiful, service is incredible, relaxed, friendly and generally amazing.

One thing I LOVE is that Gemma will honestly tell me if something isn’t doable or won’t be as I imagine- this is incredible because I’ve been to so many places that say ‘yep, I’ll do that’ and it doesn’t turn out the way I want it to.

Everyone in the salon (including myself) finished with fantastic hair, and to risk being cliche, stood a little bit taller and smiled a bit more.

I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I love, love, love hanging out at it’s science. After hating my hair for so many years I’m finally starting to love that too.

I hadn’t had my hair cut for over a year after a bad experience at a different salon and I’m so glad I chose to book at Its Science. Deonne talked me through all the options after I showed her what I wanted to achieve and I couldn’t fault her at all. Made me feel at ease straight away. Sitting in front of a mirror for hours always put me off getting my hair done but the no-mirror experience was brilliant. I was free to read, or use my phone and was offered drinks all the way through and all the staff are so lovely.
Thank you to Gemma and all her staff for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be back ????

Wonderful welcome, great staff, so friendly and attentive to clients. A very relaxed and happy atmosphere, it's like have a coffee and chat at a friend's house. The hairstyling and course are beautiful. I had a balayage with silver tint and my hair feels so soft. Highly recommended!

I can’t even put into words how incredible my experience was at its science. The second I sat down I was served hot fresh coffee with milk and sugar on the side PLUS sweets. It came on a piece of wood which was such a cool touch. Gemma was so interested in everything I had to say about my hair and my personal life! I was so impressed not just by Gemma but every staff member! I cannot wait to return & recommend to everyone I know!

Totally different from your standard hair salon, in the best way! Super friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Loved not staring at my face in the mirror. Gemma was really knowledgable and made me feel comfortable. Beautiful decor too!

Dione was lovely, talking her way through how she was going to cut and style my hairstep by step. I loved tbe experience.
