It’s always a lovely experience visiting Hair Management. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they make the whole appointment feel incredibly relaxing. The endless hot drinks and the pamper tray, with hand exfoliation and a much-needed moisturising treatment, add a little touch of luxury. Megan is always fantastic, and the time just seems to pass far too quickly.

Megan was very knowledgable in the advice given during my consultation. The environment, service standards, attention to detail and customer care was exemplary. And the results better than I have had at any other salon before. Highly recommended :)

Leanne has cut my hair for a good few years now. She is an excellent stylist and I am always so happy with my hair and get lots of compliments on it. It’s a bonus getting to catch up and have a good chin wag with her too! In fact everyone at Hair Management is so friendly and I love the welcome I get there and seeing everyone. Leanne also did a fantastic job of taking me through the process of growing my grey hair out.

From the beginning I was happy with a choice of drinks on offer . I had a latte with caramel ! Delicious. The quality products used and the advice of the stylist made it a really lovely, relaxing and enjoyable appointment

I couldn’t recommend Hair Management enough . From the moment you walk through the door you feel relaxed and very well looked after . I was offered a hot drink while I waited , I had a very nice latte,and it was served with a biscuit and also a small cake of my choice !
I have Olivia to do my hair and she is amazing . She is friendly , gives good advice and listens exactly your ideas . The hair wash and head massage is so gentle I could literally fall asleep . I had an image in my head of what I wanted and Olivia delivered . I am so pleased and feel like I’ve been to a spa ! Thank you ladies for looking after me .

This is my “me time” which is always helped by the welcome I get from Susie and knowing I will be treated wonderfully well by Olivia who always listens to me, tells me exactly what she’s doing and makes me feel special. And I feel my hair looks the best it can when she’s finished

Rosie was very informative and did a great job of making my stripey hair a uniform colour. Great blow dry too. I was offered a complimentary hand treatment and had offers of cake and tea. I usually dislike going to the hairdresser's but going to this salon was a real treat with smiling staff and a great result. Thank you !
